I can't see the video content and I get this error message: video format or MIME type is not supported
I have adobe flash updated
I tried to reset firefox
I have vlc installed
I can correctly see this link with internet explorer. This is a PARADOX!
Can somebody help me?

I see that message when the Flash plugin is disabled.<br />
If the Flash plugin is enabled or set to click-to-play then a Flash player plays the video.<br />
Otherwise a video tag is created with a link to an m3u8 stream that Firefox apparently doesn't support.
You can try to disable all other plugins that deal with media files (start with VLC) to see if that helps.

Hi I am using a template with a full screen video landing page but i am unable to get Vimeo to video to connect. Error message says "video format or mime type is not supported".
I have uploaded successfully to Vimeo however when published to catalyst and previewed the error message "video format or mime type is not supported." is displayed.

Client said that video cannot load on firefox except other browsers.
It shows "Video format or MIME type is not supported".
Firefox version is 33.0.3. Video is mp4 format.

P.S. In case it helps, here are some mp4 video tests you can try (from mozillaZine's [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Testing_plugins#Other_media_tests Testing plugins] article) to see if they work for you in Firefox 33. (They both work fine for me on Windows 7 without needing a plugin.)

I'm sorry, but your sister, unless she had already turned on the "Find my iPhone" feature and the person who took the phone has not disabled it, is out of luck. She should report the theft to local police authorities, including the serial number of her iPhone. While her experience is unfortunate, there are good reasons why Apple cannot do anything else about it.
I hope she gets her phone back.

Caching server is backed by an sqlite database. If you want to see what you currently have downloaded, you can glean some information by accessing the database. Use this command to connect to the database:
sudo sqlite3 /Library/Server/Caching/Data/AssetInfo.db
Once connected, you can use .tables to see the tables in the database but the one with the most information appears to be ZASSET. Use:
select * from ZASSET;
To list the current contents. You will get a series of records similar to the following:

Repairing the permissions of a home folder in Lion is a complicated procedure. I don’t know of a simpler one that always works.
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the page that opens.
Drag or copy — do not type — the following line into the Terminal window, then press return:
chmod -R -N ~
The command will take a noticeable amount of time to run. When a new line ending in a dollar sign ($) appears below what you entered, it’s done. It sounds like there's something amiss with either your ID or the new system you're using. I've been using iTM on a Win7 and OSX SL system and have been able to upload and download to the Cloud on both. I've been using them interchangeably for the last week or so.
I would also recommennd giving Apple support a call, to see what they say.

I can´t see the content of my email account on iPhone

The emails do download on my iPhone mail but I can´t see the content. It´s a hotmail account.

Try force closing Mail: double-tap the Home button, locate Mail in the list at the bottom, tap and hold it until it wiggles, tap to close it, finish by tapping the Home button. Open Mail again and see if it's fixed now.

If you mean the camera roll photos included in your iCloud backup, you can't. They can only be seen by restoring the backup to your device.

There is a OneClickdigital ereader available in the App Store. Download that to your iPod to read pdfs and books from the library. And you might need to download the OneClickdigital eaudio player to listen to audiobooks from the library. Once both are downloaded sync you iPod again to transfer them.

Can't see the content

Websites are loading fine, I can see that the loading has completed as usual, but i can see only empty page instead of some imfomation. Also page has scrolls - as usual. Sometimes for a second I can see the content but then it disappears. I can't even open the "help" page normally.
Of course, everything works fine in other browsers. What am I do to?

My Ipad3 is receiving my emails, but i can’t see its content on the right side of the screen.
Appears only "From, to and subject" and then a blank page.
I have already tried to reinstall my yahoo account but it didn’t work. I also tried with my gmail account and the same problem happens. What should I do?
