When I log onto my 2811 router (IOS Ver 12.3(8)T8 it dumps me into enable mode automatically. Is there a fix for this? Thanks for any help you can provide.

There are a couple of things that can result in the session going directly into enable mode instead of into user mode. I think the most likely one is a configuration on the vty lines which specifies privilege level. I suggest that you check the configuration of the 2811 and look under the vty lines for privilege level 15. If it is there remove it and your sessions should start in user mode.
It is also possible that if you are using aaa to authenticate and authorize that the user ID you are using has been configured to automatically give enable access. But I am guessing that the issue is the privilege level on the vty lines.

In the iBooks application on the Mac, there is a checkbox to sync highlights and notes across devices.
I don't see a similar setting in the iBooks app on my iPad. It may require iBooks on the Mac as a mediator.

I've spent over 3 hours on the phone/chatting to online support and none of it seemed to help as it all revolved around resetting emails etc but can't do any of it without my access to my old email. Now my phone won't take cloud because they advised to set up new apple ID and use that, but can't sign out of old one completely. Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I think you answered your own question. If I read what your wrote correctly, you sent yourself a message to your phone number and you are wondering why it was not recieved on your iPad? If that is what you wrote, the reason is your iPad is not a cell phone and messages sent to a cell number, will not be received on your iPad. No.. I have been through parental control and it does not affect this problem. Now if I log onto this user I cannot get out even with a comman/option/escape; I have to unplug the power to the computer to get it to restart with the administrator. When I log onto itunes it keeps sending me to a blank page, how can I fix this?

Every time I log onto itunes and try to access the homepage- or anypage, it just goes blank! I've tried to shut the program down, refreshing- EVERYTHING!

Close any open Internet Explorer windows.
Open windows Control Panel, open Internet Options, click the Security tab and click Custom Level. About half way down, under the heading Miscellaneous, there is an entry for 'Display Mixed Content' - click Enable and then Ok, then click Apply and Ok in the previous window.

Photo stream photos are not available on icloud.com. If you want to view your photos on the web from a computer browser, you have to add them to a shared stream with the "public website" option enabled (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99). This will give you a private web to use and/or share with other for viewing them on the web.

Try deleting Safari's cookies and see if that helps. (This won't cause your bookmarks or favorites to be lost, but you may have to retype your username and password when entering sites.)
While you're deleting cookies, you could also erase all your "Temporary Internet Files" and "History". This will freshen Safari for YouTube. Then shut down or restart.
Apple Safari 3:
→ Edit → Preferences (later versions of Safari have the Preferences under Safari in the Menu Bar)
→ Security (tab) → Show Cookies
→ Remove All → Done
after that:
→ Safari → Empty Cache → Empty
after that:
→ History → Clear History
