When i log onto safari the text zooms in, how do i zoom out

When i log on to safari, the font gets bigger like the text zooms in, how do i zoom out of text?

Does your entire screen look like it zoomed in?
If so, then hold control and scroll down. This will zoom the screen out to normal.
If not, you can either press Command and comma or go up to the safari tab and click preferences. After this, go to appearance and make sure your text sizes are a reasonable number, i like between 12-18. And if this doesn't work, the last thing i can think of would be to click advanced tab, and make sure you don't have a minimum size requirement that is set ridiculously high.

Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

My iphone is toast, I know I checked on icloud and see my emails from the day before it happened. Can I see when and what my phone backed up through itunes or icloud?

I don't see a similar setting in the iBooks app on my iPad. It may require iBooks on the Mac as a mediator.

The other user and the Administrator work fine. What has disabled the one user? How do I recover this user and its files?

No.. I have been through parental control and it does not affect this problem. Now if I log onto this user I cannot get out even with a comman/option/escape; I have to unplug the power to the computer to get it to restart with the administrator. I saw somewhere that there is a process in which I can delete the use and then create a new user with the same name and password and then recover everything - but I cannot find that solution. This is a real problem for me, as you might imagine.

Hi, I have mac os x lion and whenever I log onto Safari multiple web-pages open from last time Safari was used. Does anyone know how can I change this so it only opens one web-page whenever I log on.?

This behavior is new in Lion.
You have a few choices.
Close all windows/tabs before quitting Safari.
Or (what is essentially the same thing):
When quitting Safari, hold the option key down.
Or:
When launching Safari from the dock, hold the shift key down.
Or, to disable this behavior permanently for all applications, there is a checkbox in System Preferences, General.

Means you have an incompatible Safari extension installed. Look in the /Home/Library/Safari/Extensions/ folder for the offending plug-in and delete it.

How do I stop programs opening automatically when i log onto my macbook?

I've spent over 3 hours on the phone/chatting to online support and none of it seemed to help as it all revolved around resetting emails etc but can't do any of it without my access to my old email. There are a couple of things that can result in the session going directly into enable mode instead of into user mode. I think the most likely one is a configuration on the vty lines which specifies privilege level. I suggest that you check the configuration of the 2811 and look under the vty lines for privilege level 15. If it is there remove it and your sessions should start in user mode.
It is also possible that if you are using aaa to authenticate and authorize that the user ID you are using has been configured to automatically give enable access. But I am guessing that the issue is the privilege level on the vty lines.

I think you answered your own question. If I read what your wrote correctly, you sent yourself a message to your phone number and you are wondering why it was not recieved on your iPad? If that is what you wrote, the reason is your iPad is not a cell phone and messages sent to a cell number, will not be received on your iPad. To send a message from your iPhone to your iPad using iMessage, you need to send the message to the email address you specified when you set up iMessage on your iPad.
