Try download an app off iTunes on your computer and go through the steps to register

VernonInstalling MacKeeper was definitely a bad idea! Search for it on these forums and you'll discover just how much trouble it causes people.
However, all is not lost - here's a link to two ways of removing it:

(it has been mentioned on other MacKeeper threads that the site has not been 'verified' - not sure how it becomes verified, but it seems there are many who are very pleased that the uninstaller is available. So I guess it's at your own risk - although I've not seen anyone report any problems after using it). -
When I login to update my existing apps, the login window shows the wrong apple id. i cannot change it because it is all grayed out. how do i solve this problem?
Content and Apple IDs -
Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID. -
HT204268; I have purchases on an aol login pre 2008 and all recent stuff under an apple id. I currently see and use everything when i login with the apple id. After March 31st will my apple id account still show and contain all?
I understand the instructions to create a new account id (apple id) from the old aol account. However, does this mean my purchases will be split into 2 accounts; or does the fact that I currently see everything under my apple id (regardless of the purchased by username) mean this will all still appear in my current account as it does now?You see them where when you login your non-AOL account ?
If you currently have two accounts (the AOL username account and an email address account) then you will continue to have two accounts, and nothing should change when you update the AOL account to be an email address (apart from how you access that account).
You will just be renaming the account to have an email address for accessing it, not creating a new account. -
My other apple store ID ([email protected]) password is not working, so I tried to send a message to my Yahoo email (ID) the new password, so when it said that a massage was send to my email, but when I login to my yahoo email, I didn’t receive any email from apple
You can send over WiFi, but it sounds as if you need to setup your Gmail account, or did you do this already?

i didn't setup a two step verification for my apple Id , and then when i login into my account on the browser it prompt to enter my verification code !!! HOW COME

I downloaded apps with one appleid on my iphone. When my account was disabled I set up a new appleid & account. Now I cannot update apps on my iphone that were downloaded with original appleid when I login with my new apple id. What do I need to do?

Since the applications were purchased on the older account, you will need to log into that account to update them. The newer account will not recognize the purchases because they are not a part of the purchase history for the specific account. -
A MacBook Air was reported stolen
From a room at my hotel that belong to a guest. I request a apple Id and password from the guest in order to track it though iCloud, when I login into the account the MacBook was not their, however I saw other device. A few days has past then the MacBook appear. How does that happened, please explain?For a stolen Macbook to appear in iCloud - the person who stole it must turn it on.
You can't track something that's turned off. -

Hmmmm... would appear that you need to be actually logged in to enable the additional menu features.
Have you tried deletting the plists for MAS?

Why my apple community question resets when i login back
hi. everytime when i login back to my apple comunity account all question that i asked deletes (delete). this is furasting. and history. can someone tell me how to fix?
If you ask a question by typing in the message window and actually click on "post message" at the bottom of the window, the page will reload and your question will show up as a regular post. It will remain even if you log out and back in.

I had this problem too. Log out on everything you can be logged on with your apple id. After that log in with your new email and password. Hope it helps! -

But customer has complained the error below.

Have you generated all NLS menus via adadmin? If possible, upload the log file.
In the preferences tab when i check,logging to application with english can see the below..
Current Session Language :- American English
Default Session Language :- American English
Is the above correct ?
Do we need to perform any steps to so that we can see the responsibilites in english.Change the session language to Japanese and check then.

When I login, all of my desktop items are gone, the "Finder" icon is bouncing and a message asking to restore windows is blinking but unresponsive. I can't exit out of it. What do I do? I've tried force quitting, and it doesn't get rid of this message. When I login to my husband's account, this message does not appear.
