When I'm in the app store, I get error message "unable to download purchase, try again later". Any suggestions?

Firstly, I should have typed speedtest.net previously.
Now that's an interesting comment you make, out of interest do you have any purchased HD movies in your iTunes collection, if so, do they play on the Apple TV with your new tv.

No, its been never jail break this happens sometimes but sometimes it doesnt. And he is not in the U.S.A, and is using his iphone in another country. Can it be because of a modem or bad internet?

I am trying to upgrade two MACs to Maverick. I have been successful with My Power Mac but unable to get my Imac to load. I am running Snow Leopard on the Imac. When I go to the App Store it shows that it has been downloaded. Any ideas? Any ideas

A Power Mac is incapable of being upgraded to Mavericks. It is a PPC Mac which can only run versions of OS X up to 10.5.8 and no higher. Any version of OS X higher that 10.5.8 requires an Intel processor to run.
Does the iMac meet the hardware requirements for Mavericks?

Whoops, I think I should have posted my message here...Anyway, I'm trying to download Bioshock Infinite from the app store but get a message saying I don't have enough disc space. The game requires 30 G and when I look at my internal hard drive it shows 60 G free.

It means you do not have enough Space on your Device and need to create More Space on Your Device by Deleting some items off your device. -
When trying to sing into the Itunes Store I get error message "Itunes store not availble at this time. Please try again later" I've updated everything and doesn't help. Anyone have any ideas?

Error message tells me to reset password. After resetting password I get confirmation email that new password is set. As soon as I try to access App Store I get error message that password is not valid.
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

When I try and sign in to the App Store, I get an error message that says "An unknown error has occurred". The Apple Store told me to contact Apple Care which I did. They determined it was not an issue with my computer and thought it was an issue with the App Store.
They had me contact the iTunes Store instead of the App Store because they said that was the technician I needed. The iTunes Store rep told me there was no issue with my iTunes account and told me "The issue could have been temporary, related to your internet connection, your local network, or your computer itself."
This issue has been happening for a few months and as I said above, Apple Care said it was not my computer.
Any suggestions?

After I open ITunes if I try to connect to the ITunes store or the App Store i get an error message.
It reads
"ITunes Has Stopped Working"

How do I reestablish contact with the ITunes store?Hello. Have you tried using Safe Mode yet? For PC hold F8 on startup and select Safe Mode from Advanced Boot options screen. Also try reinstalling iTunes. Also open up the error console (wherever that might be; I'm a Mac person) and post the error that is causing it to quit. Hope it works!
