When i'm open my creative cloud it's close fast
i dont know whats happen with me Creative Cloud, I'm opening and i've just click and he closes, i need heeeeelp, please... i need install the apps and i cant, because my creative cloud just close.

About a month back I decided to uninstall some applications to make room on the PC (Windows 7 64 bit). Mow when I open the Creative Cloud panel I just get a blank box with no app and no headings. I uninstalled the extra applications with windows 7. How cam I get my creative cloud back?

When I try to open Lightroom5 (creative cloud) I am taken to the Select Catalog screen but I have no catalogs and I am not being allowed to create new ones. What can I do to correct this?
This could be a read/write permissions issue with the destination folder for the catalog. Use your favorite search engine to search for changing disk permissions. What operating system are you using?

Why when I have an annual Creative Cloud subscription am I repeatedly asked to login to authenticate
Why when I have an annual Creative Cloud subscription am I repeatedly asked to login to authenticate the subscription - sometimes twice, three times during a single product session usage? It's really out of control with Acrobat Pro where I am routinely asked to agree to a trial subscription. Why, I have a full subscription?? Almost everytime I open a PDF file, I am asked to sign-in - this is a huge time burner and completely ridiculous! This new subscription model is extremely frustrating to deal with day in and day out - please fix this mess.
I have been having this same problem for the past few weeks. I ran the subscription with no problems since August of 2013. I agree this is time consuming and frustrating. It has now started to do it with illustrator too. I am not sure if it started when I updated.
I thought I solved the problem last weekend, when I removed an old trial version. However, I didn't exit Photoshop because it was having this problem and I didn't want to deal with it. My computer updated and restarted and the problem is occuring again. -

If there is no billing issue, then I would like to mention that
Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
Windows:
In windows 7 navigate to following location:
/windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. look out for "Hosts" file
2. Open it with notepad
3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
Mac:
1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
3. Remove the entries and save the file
4. try again launching any product from CC

Whenever I want to access the Creative Cloud menu in the menu bar from a full screen app, Creative Cloud forces me to the normal desktop, and then opens the menu.
This is interesting since the latest update to Creative Cloud Desktop fixed a similar bug where switching spaces/full screen apps would automatically open the Creative Cloud menu.Wow. Just wow. I am increasingly disappointed by Adobe's nonchalance towards the Adobe Creative Cloud application. Previously the app would pop up whenever you switch between desktops or full screen apps. We waited weeks for a fix. Now after the update they think they could get away with it by forcing the menu to only open on Desktop 1. Do they really think we are stupid?
I was skeptical when I heard about Creative Cloud, but I subscribed anyway because I was enticed by the new features Photoshop CC offers. Now I would rather go back to CS6, and the effects would be miniscule. -

My suggestion is you probably have a desktop that is filled with icons, and can't see the cloud mounted image in the crowd of icons. If you have a crowd of icons, go to your Hard drive-> Users -> yourname -> desktop folder, and create a folder inside that folder and drag all the items in the desktop folder into the new Untitled folder you just created. If you have nothing on your desktop, go to Finder menu -> Preferences and check the items shown here:
When you mount a DMG file, it looks like the image that opens when you click on this link, on your desktop:

You'll double click that icon, and the window should appear with the Cloud installer to double click, or the folder/file containing the Cloud software to be copied over to your Hard drive -> Applications folder. Once done, the Cloud software should be in your Hard drive -> Applications folder. It may be in a sub folder called Adobe something. -
I get an error when I try to start creative cloud that asks me to update. I download the updated installer and run it. I then get an error that says:
Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.
Following the message is two buttons. Quit and Get Creative Cloud. If I follow these directions I will sit here all day just downloading and trying to install Creative Cloud only to find out that I have a problem for which I need to download and install Creative Cloud. This would be like the person who uses a whole bottle of shampoo every time they get in the shower just because is says lather rinse repeat. Can you break this endless loop for me?Ado Bee in the future please only migrate documents and settings. Adobe applications are not designed to be copied from one computer to another.
You may still be able to recover by completing the following steps:
Run all available uninstallers in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder
