When i'm using FaceTime, the conversation always disconnects
Everytime I use FaceTime, I can only be in a conversation for about 1-5minutes before the conversation disconnects. I really don't know why, can someone help?
Try turning of the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (Security & Privacy) if you are running Lion.

i use a macbook pro which came with facetime i have an iphone 4S as well. whenever i use the wireless on my iphone i can facetime with ease however when i use the same wireless for my mac to facetime the call always gets disconnected.
To use factime on your Mac, I believe you will need to use your email address to do so instead of your wireless number. Since you can't make calls on the Mac.

I have an iphone 4 and cannot get my mute off when I am using Facetime. I can hear them, but they can't hear me. When I touch the mute button, nothing happens. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
the mute button is a switch you need to flip, not touch. if you look at it and see color, its on.

Probably the first thing you want to do is close face time, then doulbe tap the home button to see the task bar... Touch and hold any of those icons until they jiggle, then close them all off by touching the minus sign. Then reboot the pad by holding the sleep and home buttons until the apple logo appears. Ignore the red slider.
Sometimes this reset fixes bugs.
Then, confirm your mike is working. Open any app that records things, and see if it hears you. There have been some discussions about broken mikes.
Then try it again. -

I´ve just changed my apple id password, and when trying to use Facetime, after having entered such new password, it won´t fullfill the calls, nor can I receive incoming calls, it simply gets disconnected. What do I do??

When trying to use FaceTime I can't because it says it is turned off in settings, it then ask do I want to turn it on , tap for yes and it sits there spinning. Face time is on in settings?
Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID, restart the iPad and then start all over again?
Go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID. Tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Then go back to Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID. Sign in again. Then go to Settings>FaceTime>On. See if it will stay turned on and it it does, sign in and setup. -
I can't use FaceTime because I always get the following message: "Cannot sign in. Check your network connection and try again." My connection is good.
Check your timezone settings.
I've seen numerous people passing with FaceTime & iMessage issues and almost always the problem was the time zone.
For some odd reason sometimes the timezone sticks to Cupertino and Facetime & iMessage won't work. -

I purchased PDF Converter Plus, v1.0 (4 ). I am unable to convert PDF into text. I get all gibberish when I try to do the conversion.
I went to the site and did exactly as the 'support' said. I tried three PDF documents for conversion to Word. On clicking 'convert', the last window gives the file with .doc suffix. After I save and open it the window says, "The XML file cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents." Under "Details", it says, "Incorrect document syntax".
Please guide me further.

Itunes plays normally, iPod only plays a piece of the song
