Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. You are still under warranty. Call Apple Care. Make sure you get a case number as all repairs have an additional 90 days of warranty.

I have Photoshop CS3 Extended on my Dell Laptop, and everything's working fine... except that when I open a video (whether through Import or Open) the video appears to be blank/ The keyframes are there, but everything's just plain white. I've tried different file formats (.avi, .mp4, .flv) but nothing works. Any kind of help will be much appreciated!

When I open emails with PDFs I click on the attachment (doing this all on my iPad) it gives me the option to "open in iBooks", I accept then after that the document is sucked into my iPad but I can't do anything with the PDF after that. Where is the actual file on my iPad? Why can't I email or send these PDFs to my cloud (Dropbox)?
It's like once they go into iBooks they're stuck forever.

If you use iTunes' default settings then when you add a file to iTunes it places a copy of the file in the iTunes media folder and it leaves the original in place. The exception is when you drag it to the Automatically Add To iTunes folder.
It does not convert the file. You can delete the original if you wish.

At the moment when you open a RAW-file from Adobe Bridge by double-clicking, RAW-file is opened only in Photoshop. In the settings Adobe Bridge - in "open RAW-files by double-clicking in Adobe Camera Raw» box is checked. When you try any changes in the settings Adobe Bridge system displays a message:
Bridge's parent application is not active. Bridge requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature.
The entire line of Adobe products on my computer updated to the latest updates. Previously, a family of products Adobe Photoshop on your computer is not set. Computer - PC, Windows 7 Enterprises.

When I open my video inspector and I click the Video button, no options for stabilization and rolling shutter appear. Is there any way that I can get them to appear, so that I might use these tools?

Many thanks for replying so soon. Actually, I think I've solved my little conundrum. I was selecting all of my clips in the timeline with the hope of running both functions. I found that when I only selected one clip at a time, that the two options would appear and that I could select them.

When I have an NEF file on my desktop and click on OPEN WITH, it shows the programs, including Photoshop, that will open it. But, when I click on OPEN WITH for an ARW image, it doesn't show Photoshop. However, your suggestion about dragging the images from the SD card on the desktop into the Photoshop icon provides me with a solution. This is much easier and quicker than the way I was doing it. Can you open up your Real Player and tell me what version you have? I think Real Player 15.0.6 is supposed to fix this problem. There was a conflict between Real Player and Flash this whole summer that broke Flash videos. Real Player released a update that might help in your case.
If that doesn't help, I think a addon might be to blame here. So do this:

You would need the "Pro" upgrade to QuickTime Player and then use the Export dialog / Filters button to make a new version of the file.

So if you tap the excel document you don't get a Done button at the top ? If not then try closing the Mail app completely : from the home screen (i.e. not with Mail 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
