When I open Adobe Premier I get an Error 400

It opens a box stating:
ERROR
Photoshop.com services are currently unavailable. Please try again later or check your network connections. Error 400.
How do I fix it so that doesn't Pop-up?

The software is from Google. It sends personal info to Google or other vendor, in exchange for streaming content. I don't use it.
If you want to install it, be sure to get the current one direct from Google.
In the case of Yosemite, since security enhancement means controlling locations of installed files, maybe Widevine isn't updated for Yosemite yet?

It sounds like you downloaded the wrong application, namely Adobe Premiere Elements.
If you meant Adobe Photoshop Elements, you're in the wrong forum. This is not the Elements forum.

This is normal if you change the motherboard or CPU. A lot of software uses the CPU serial number or similar to work out whether this is a new computer install. So just input the code as required.
If this is a volume license, contact your license coordinator.
If this doesn't help please let us know the exact message.

That message is about the 1 Click Weather add-on. Something in that add-on is slightly incompatible with Firefox 4.
Disable that extension until you can install an updated version of that extension.

Not to sure what type AVI files they are, the storage devise is at present offshore on a job.
Can you clarify, if you edit/import video footage with adobe premiere 10 and then create a file, the file or the original raw footage is not stored on computer for re-use, if it is stored, is it stored in the original format.

Go to Apple and look for the Java for OSX 2014-001 link. Download from there and install it.

Thank you for responding. Nothing actually worked! After reading the posts online, I called Apple. They indicated they have seen problems with some software after their upgrades. The technician was able to fix the problem on my computer remotely, but I have no clue what he did! But, it was definitely related to their recent upgrade to my computer.

What's the name of the file you are attempting to open? Is it "ScreenFlow_4.5.2.dmg"? If it is the correct name then the message is correct and you are attempting to open a file with DMG files extension and not one with a PDF file extension. Adobe Reader opens PDF files an not any other file type.

Are you still facing this issue?
Is this issue happening with all the documents you have. If yes, i would suggest try uninstall and reinstall. Or if the documents are located on some shared drive try to copy them on local machine and test again.

Both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibit the same error. Sometimes this happens 3 times in one day or perhaps every third day. When I open either package I get a message saying that I have 00 days left in the trial and to continue I need to purchase a licence or start a trail. If I click on purchase a Licence the once I log in with Adobe ID I can get started. I have contacted Adobe chat support 6 times. They suggest deleting an opm.db file and assure me that this will sort the problem and within 24 hours back to square one
