When I open my browser, within a few seconds I get an "iGoogle" screen that comes up and I don't know why or how to exit it. This just started yesterday.

I click on Mozilla Firefox, which I've used for a several months. It opens as expected and then. within a few seconds, an "iGoogle" page opens. It has no apparent exit. I've tried to right click and Esc. I've tried a power cycle a few times and thhe same thing occurs. I don't recall doing anything to initiate the display of the page.

Check the Home page setting.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js [2] file and possible sessionstore-##.js [3] files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

Not that I have a solution... I'm just sympathizing as I have the same issue... can't select the frist album because the title bar... and strangely it's only happening in iphone4 not in 3GS... currently I am syncing my photo from Aperture... to reoslve this I just created dummy event with one meaningless photo inside. The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. After shutting down my iMac last night, Firefox will not open this morning and I don't know why?

My iMac is set to open to my home page My Yahoo with Firefox browser. This morning my Firefox browser is not opening and I don't know why? It does open on my new MacBook Air as per usual. I click on the icon but it does not respond even though I have opened it. this has never happened to me before and I don't know why it's happening now. I did a clean reinstall but that didn't work. Now what?????? With the add-on Troubleshooter should I have asked this question on my iMac using Safari? I am on my MacBook Air asking it.

Are you sure that you have the Mac version, as there is a Windows version, as well as a few game console versions.
Sounds as though that may be a Windows or other version.

All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

"Your email account" means to tap on the name of your email account. Whatever it is listed as in the settings.
In my mail settings, one of my email accounts is a Comcast account. I tap on the Comcast name and it brings up this window.
Then I tap on the arrow under the Outgoing mail server smtp setting to get to the next window.
In the resulting window, I then tap on the arrow next to the smtp server under the Primary Server setting.
That brings up this window in which I check to make sure that my user name and password have been entered correctly. If those items are missing, enter them in the appropriate fields and then tap done.
