See if any of the following help.
Try turning the account off and on : Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars , then tap the account on the right, slide Mail to 'off', exit settings and go back into the Mail app, and then go back to Settings and slide Mail back to 'on'
If that doesn't work then try closing the Mail app completely : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
Also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I just recently updated the software on my ihpone 4 to the iOS 7 and now my iTunes Store does not work. All of my other apps work perfectly fine except iTunes. Whenever I open the app, the icons for music and movies and tv shows come up, but when I touch them, nothing happens. The screen is just blank. I searched this site for ios 7 and itunes store and found numerous others with the same problem, and several suggested solutions. One said that they had blocked all cookies and that was apparently the problem. I had done the same thing - blocked all cookies. So I set cookies back to "third parties and advertisers" and that solved the problem. Now the itunes store is working.

My iPad acting so weird tonight. When it shut down automatically because the battery has been drained. When I opened it, it creates some weird sounds like *swoosh* blahblah. It does make me feel nervous. Can someone help me? Does it already broken?

You need to transfer the iTunes Library from the most recent backup you made before the hard drive was replaced.
You can't transfer the full iTunes Library from the iPad back to iTunes.
There are third-party Windows applications that will transfer data from an iOS device, but they don't re-create the iTunes Library exactly as it was before. -

Try to Restore with iTunes on your computer. If this does not work, there is full Warranty. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution.

Can anyone help please? I cannot access my email account settings within 'Settings', so I cannot change my details for existing email accounts, nor can I delete them or add others.
I can't access my Facebook settings within 'Settings' either but when I try to use the app it asks me to enter my password into my Facebook account in settings, but I can't do that either.
I've updated my software, restored and backed up my phone but it still doesn't work. Troubleshooting doesn't cover this.Go to Settings>General>Restrictions. Do you have restrictions on? If so, that would prevent you from making changes in some areas of the iPhone.

Sounds like you have a program designed to run on Microsoft Windows, or even older (1980's) MS-DOS, rather than Mac OS X. If you have Windows on your Mac installed via Boot Camp, try booting into Windows first, and then loading the CD. If you don't have Windows, it's probably cheaper to buy a new program designed for Mac than to purchase a copy of Windows (US$120 or more), not even knowing for certain if your old program will run. -

My hard drive crashed and is no longer usable. I just installed a new drive however, I am not finding any way to export my recorded CD's from the Ipod touch to the new hard drive. Can anyone help please? I thought by enabling syc with Ipod woudl do it but to no avail.
ThanksI used a 3rd party program called copytrans http://www.copytrans.net/ that is not free to move my library from my ipod to my itunes library when I had to start from scratch. After that happened I started backing up my music that purchased from the itunes store to a dvd so I would always have it if things went south. Now I always backup my purchased digital music to an optical disc just in case plus everythng else I have is on retail cd's so I can just rebuild my library from scratch again if I have to. You should also regularly back up your itunes media folder to another disc so your entire library will be backed up just in case you should lose your program drive.

My search bar for my iTunes library no longer works. Also, the menu bar is no longer visible. Noticed this problem last Saturday. This might be an issue with my desktop, and not iTunes itself Can anyone help me with this?
Press Ctrl-B to toggle the menu bar on and off.
When you say that the "search bar for my iTunes library no longer works" can you be more specific? The operation of the search function has changed in iTunes 12, essentially having two very distinct modes:
when Search Entire Library is checked, entering a search string will generate a dropdown of all matching items within your whole library, from which multiple operations are available via context menus
when Search Entire Library is unchecked, entering a search string creates a filtered view of whatever your current focus is (e.g., if you're looking at a playlist the filter applies only to items in that playlist) with none of the dropdown options as in the first case -
When I try to back up my Mac Book Pro to an external hard drive some of the files are backed up but not all files are backed up. I don't understand. Can anyone help please?
I've used time machine in the past and couldn't get to the bottom of the problem so I've recently downloaded and am using carbon copy cloner and I get the same problem. The files that are missing are just word and number documents. Seems so odd.

There isn't anything in contacts that has "create a group" . That's why this is so frustrating. I've tried creating a new contact and dragging names into it - doesn't work. I can't find anything that helps!!! What am I missing?
