Michaelrutland do you receive any specific error messages? Did Photoshop CC work previously? Also which operating system are you using? Finally I would recommend reviewing your installation log files for errors. Restart your phone,hold the home button and the off button down till the apple symbol comes up. If that doesnt fix it , you need to do a restore in itunes by connecting to itunes , click on your phones name to the left, then click restore in the center of the screen and restore from backup.

Of course you can, just remember that iphoto replaces the finder. It's the manager for your photos.

Mail - Opens for 5 seconds, then quickly closes to home menu
Hello friends,
The Mail program on my iPhone was working fine, then suddenly the past couple days, whenever I press the Mail button, it loads up quickly, I get a quick glance at the inbox, then BAM, it goes right back to the home menu. Mail stays open for about 5 seconds before going back to home.
Anyone else having this issue? Solutions? I'm at a loss.

Essentially, a restore erases everything, correct? Will I have to go through the activation process again?

When I start Photoshop Elements within Aperture 3, my image is flattened. How can I correct this?
Just installed Aperture 3 last week.
1) I imported all my images from iPhoto.
2) I downloaded a plug-in for Aperture, "Burn to Disc" and it seems to work well.
When I start Photoshop Elements 9 within Aperture 3, my very large file is flattened and of course all layers are gone.
How can I open my PSD files in Aperture 3 complete with layers?
Read the Aperture Manual, checked the discussion groups and remain stumped. I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.Thank you so much for your reply. Using Photoshop and saving the files within Aperture was a major reason for getting this software. But Photoshop without layers is taking the heart out of the beast. Thanks again for your reply.

ITunes won't open or opens for a second, then immediatly closes.
I've tried re-installing it, but the same thing happens when I try to open it! It's been working fine until the last 3 days. After a long time I've noticed a message: "itunes reading media module "built in"," flashing up on the display at the top of the player before it closes. Anyone able to help me out?
Im a real computer illiterate so you guys have to take it extra slow with me. I downloaded..uninstalled...downloaded..uninstalled for hours.. I tried the msconfig thing. and I still am in the same place with the flashing for second agreement. I didn't know how to turn off my Norton, so I just uninstalled the whole thing..and I just dont know what else to do..All I know how to do was email and work itunes..now that Itunes doesn't work, my computer skills are slowly dwindling away (sad face). Please someone, I beg you help me.

Try quitting Newsstand completely - double tap home button, delete it from the multitasking shelf - then launch it again.

Click History from the Safari menu bar then from the drop down menu click: Clear History
Quit then relaunch Safari.
If that didn't help, go to ~/Library/Safari
Move the LastSession.plist file from the Safari folder to the Trash.
See if that helped.

My notes app. on my Ipad opens for 1 second then closes - however it's working ok on my IPhone. Checked settings and all seems fine, compared settings to another Ipad and identical, so unsure why this has suddenly occured. Have shut down /restarted Ipad 3 or 4 times, and closed app. from programmes running screen - but still happening. Any thoughts ?
Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings will be reset. -

I just updated my phone with ios 6.1.3 and now my gmail email is not working. When i tap the mail icon it brings me to my inbox for 2 seconds then immediately back to my phone home screen. I have tried deleting and re-adding my gmail account and I have reset all settings also.
Nothing is working. Does anyone have any tips?

I have bought an iMAC second hand but when updates to purchased (not by me) Apps I cannot download the updates as it is asking for the original owners password. How can I amend this or could I delete the Apps and download new ones in place under my email
If the machine was upgraded to Lion 10.7.x by the original owner then you bought an illegal license of Lion and also of any other applications that the seller said came pre-installed, this assumes the seller did not include original install media. In that case you need to contact the seller for the original install DVDs that came with the machine re-install up to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and then purchase Mountain Lion ($20) and the applications you want or need. If the seller cannot come up with the original install discs then you can buy them from a nominal cost from AppleCare..

I keep Mail open on my MacBook Pro and prior to Mavericks items would open on my 27" secondary display. How can I make this happen in Mavericks?
In System Preferences > Mission Control, uncheck mark Displays have seperate windows. This should bring you back to the secondary display you had before the upgrade. You may have to open Mail, the first time and place it on your secondary display. You also won't have the advantages of the dock and menus on the secondary display.
I keep my own secondary display with these settings because I need the ability to expand a window across both displays. -

The app may be damaged or has not been updated.
Delete the app from your device.
Re download the app -free - from the App Store.
Update iTunes on your computer and update all apps on the computer. -
