When I open Photoshop CS6, the image does not show in Photoshop. The image IS open, i.e. the filename is shown on a tab and the image layers show in the layer panel. What is going on?

Both Photoshop and Bridge open as usual. But when I open an image, the image does not show in the image area. The image filename does show in a tab and the layers show in the layer panel. What is going on and how do I fix this.

I resolved the problem. It was somehow related to my using Microsoft
theme pictures. I set Windows to use the basic theme and the problem
went away. Thank you for the suggestions.

The brush panel shows all the default brushes, but the Brush Presets panel and the Brush Preset Manger do not, intact the last brush that they show is "100 Rough Round Bristle". it only shows the first 67 at max... if you delete anything before the 100 Rough Round, that becomes the new default number. It's like the rest of the brushes don't exist. Although I can select them in the Brush Panel.
If I want to load any other brush set, it over writes any brushes that appear after "100 Rough Round Bristle".
Need some serious help as my workflow is being severely hampered.

So I'm having this problem: The brush panel shows all the default brushes, but the Brush Presets panel & the Brush Preset manager do not, intact the last brush they show is "100 Rough Round Bristle". Opening a link using "open link in new window" does not work. I can only use "open in new tab" option. Is this normal with the Firefox 4?

I really don't have any more info. When I upgraded my Firefox to the latest version I have noticed that I can 't use this Open in new window option any more. I have reinstalled the software using its US English version( first time I have chosen the UK English version) but to no avail.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Another option if you have access to a second Mac with a drive is to connect the two together with the iMac in Target Disk Mode, Transferring files between two computers using FireWire, and installing from the Mac with the optical drive.

The Nikon D600 is supported by Camera Raw 7.3 and later which is compatible with CS6.
In CS6, click Help > Updates and your Camera Raw should be updated.
Check the exact version of Camera Raw which you have installed via Help > About Plug-ins > Camera Raw

In general most PDF files cannot be edited in browser and some PDF can be edited with the permission for editing in browsers.

Well the error message is in Swedish but says: The installation program database is damaged. Please contact the Adobe support (which is a hard thing to do!!). I use Windows 7 Home Premium with service pack 1.

The headset does not process

My new Passport presented the problem
The headset does not process. Answering telephone calls on a channel, but it doesn't work for music, videos and apps of radios

Thanks for your prompt reply. This is my first post and I appreciate your patience. I imported media into the Project Panel. From there, I placed a few clips into a sequence in the Timeline. In the Timeline, I clicked on a clip. I then double clicked in Program Panel, and could then see the clip. However, when I click on the space bar, (i.e., "Play") in the Program Panel, the image in that panel does not advance. When I click "Play" again (i.e., "Stop"), the still image confirms that we have moved on a bit in the footage. (The audio plays normally, confirming that we are advancing in time. )
I want to be able to press the space bar in the Program Panel and to see the "motion picture" in the Program Panel.
Please, What must I do so that when I click the Spacebar (i.e., "Play") in the Program Panel, the image does indeed advance? Thanks!

Ralph9430 offers a good suggestion. But you may need to do this before taking his advice:
Check in iPhoto's Preferences (which you can open from the iPhoto menu). Look in General, and make sure "Connecting Camera Opens" is set to "Image Capture").
If it is set to "iPhoto", you won't be able to get to Image Capture easily.
