When i open report its fetching junk data

Hi,
when i run the financial rport in workspace its fetching junk data and that is not showing all fields and same report is opening fine for some users,
please suggest what could be the issue.

can you please verify your security access with other user's access those who are getting correct data. If the access is same, republish the report once again. I mean export the report before deleting from the list and delete the report. Again import (migrate) the report to the same location. set the prefereces for prompts(input parameters) and assign the report security properly.

Having the same issue here....a quick fix is to just minimize the window, and immediately maximize it. It will now fit the screen. Trouble is, after you close it, you'll have to do it again when you re-start itunes. The good news is it takes all of about 2 seconds. Apple should fix this. Should.

We have no way of knowing what goes on on your machine. All we can tell is that your iPhoto library is missing and iPhoto can't find it. If you can't find then I the only thing you can do is restore from your Back Up.

Invoice History Report not fetching any data without parameters

Hi
As per user guide, you can run the Invoice History Report without giving supplier parameter. "If you want to submit the report for one supplier, enter the supplier. Leave this parameter blank to submit the report for all suppliers."
But when we run the Invoice History Report, if we don't give any supplier, no data is coming in the report. If we give a supplier, data for that supplier is fetched by the report.
Has anyone faced this issue, is there any solution for this?
We are on the Oracle Apps 12.1.1 and the version on the report RDF is 120.11.12010000.5

could you copy the MDX here ?
Would you be able to use ST01 / ST05 to trace further details ?
You can also go into the registry :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\SAP\BW MDX Query Driver
set the Trace to Yes
then use the path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\SAP
set the "TraceDir" to the path for the logfiles

Problem when creating a Report with a schduled date

When I tried to create a report with a Schedule (any option except NOW) I get the error of "First Report Occur Date should be after or equal to Current Date" unless I use a date of 2012-10-01 or later in the First report occurs on field. Today's date is 2012-08-23.
Let me know if you can recreate this and if or when there will be a fix.

When I open itunes I get a 'DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION' 'Windows closed program'. Can anybody help please.

When open iTunes it starts OK then a message from Windows appears, 'DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION Windows closed program'. Then the whole thing shuts down. Does anybody know how to sort this out please. I am using XP operating system and have recently updated iTunes. Thanks

It sounds as if iTunes is failing to launch properly on your Windows computer. You don’t mention what version of Windows you have, but one of these two articles should be useful to you -

Try doing this:
1. Close your NWDS
2. navigate to <installation drive>:\Documents and Settings\<username>\SAP\workspace\.metadata
Delete the .registry file.
3. Open NWDS

Are your computers warranties really void when you open up its side panel?

This is a question that makes me ask if its legal for a company such as Acer or Gateway
or eMachines to do this. You break the seal and add memory. 1 month later the mobo goes bad.
Boom, you have a 200 to 300 dollar paperweight on your desktop.

As a firedog I replaced a video card for a customer that owned a dell. They ordered it from dell and then they paid for me to install it.

Avoid conditionally suprressed sub report to fetch data from DB.

Do we have any option in crystal designer to avoid a suppressed subreport to fetch data from DB?
I have two sub reports in Report Footers say 'a' and 'b'.Report footer sections have a suppression formula based on parameter input.
Hence based on the parameter input only one sub report will get printeded.However I noticed that only one sub report is getting printed but both sub reports are fetching the data from DB.
I have also tried putting the suppression formula in suppress formula field of Sub report using format sub report option but it did not help.
Any idea how can we avoid a subreport that is suppressed to fetch data from DB.

Hi,
Suppress can only suppress the data, it cannot stop the query attached being running from the database, One thing you can do only if your input parameter is a DB level parameter is you can have a case statement in the where clause of your query to avoid reading the records there by increasing the performance of the query.
Say, your parameter value 1 specifies that you want to suppress the report and in other words, you dont want to read the records from the DB.
Select feild1, field2,....from Table1
where 1 = case when @param = 1 then 0 else 1 end

My macbook pro makes that ejecting noise when i open it but not every time usually when i ve been away for awhile then take it out of sleep it makes the noise is this normal?

Yes, it's normal.
Apple released a firmware update a couple of years ago that was supposed to stop the drive from making that noise in certain models that were available then, but even the update didn't work all the time. The noise is completely harmless and not indicative of any problem. Just ignore it.

Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error when exporting a report

We recently upgraded from Crystal Reports 2008 to BusinessObjects Edge Series X3.1. When exporting a report to an excel data-only format we get "Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error". All other formats work fine. Any help is highly appreciated.
