When I play certain apps they randomly exit while im playing them
When I play certain apps on my iPod touch 16gb 2g they randomly exit and it goes to the home screen any help thanx
Try a Reset...
Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release the buttons...

What do you see instead of video, bobby? A green screen, pretty colors, something else?

When I open certain apps it says my device's date is incorrect. But on my calendar and general settings, it's all correct!
Try changing the date - doesn't matter to what - just change it - go back to the app and I assume that you will get the same message. Go back to the settings and change the date and time to automatic again and see if the apps will work after that. Turn location services on in the settings as well.

After loading the new OS my songs do not play correctly, is anyone else having this issue? Titles are wrong on songs and it just doesn’t play certain songs in random play or even if you select them individually. What’s up? Kind of frustrating!!!
I had the same issue. In fact I posted it yesterday, but didn't get any replies. I physically synched my phone to PC iTunes. on the PC, under the phone/music tab, I unchecked the synch music box and then the apply button to remove all of the music from my phone. Then once that synch finished, I went back and selected all music, and synch music and apply to put it back on to the phone. So far, I haven't had an issue again, but I also haven't listened very long. Hope this helps!

ipad - when I open my apps they open for a split second then close?
Have you checked your list of opened apps? If you have a lot of apps open, try shutting them down to see if that allows new ones to open. You can access the list by pressing the Home button twice like a double click. That should display the list of open apps. Pressing on one of the apps until they jiggle will allow you to clods down the apps. Just press the "x" on the upper right hand corner of he icon. When you are done, tap on the screen above the list.

I can't update certain apps they say they are open when I made sure they are closed
I can't update certain apps on my iPad and also iPhone, they say they are open but I made sure they are closed. I still get updates which I can download , but these certain apps seem to just say open. So when you touch open it goes right to the app, so I close it and try again and it still says open, I even tried holding down the power button and rebooting with no success.
On iOS 7 apps that you've updated remain in the Updates tab in the App Store app for a couple of weeks before they disappear off it - if they show 'Open' against them (which will take you into the app) then that indicates that you've already updated them (they should have a grey bar above them with 'Updated 8 November 2013' or similar), if there is an available update for them then they will show 'Update' against them instead e.g.

My ipad 1st generation keeps going back to home screen on certain apps when i try to play games,but the same games play on my laptop.The games load up and when i press play it goes back to home screen.My software is 5.1.1,don't know processor speed or memory,storage is 5.0 GB.I have tried everything i know but can't get it to work any help would be appreciated.
Hi This is because the Apps need more power now and have been updated the iPad 1 cannot run new Apps Upgrade if you can. Cheers Brian

when i try to purchase an app, it goes to my home screen and says waiting but then it says no avialable space when i have way more than enough
all the ipods are a little bit less then what they say
and 'other' is the software on it so it cant be deleted. try putting photos on your computer and deleting them from the ipod that will clear space -

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your account and try the Reset again.
If no joy... Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore...

Just got myself Iphone5, when trying to install apps they stop halfway.
can not install applications on my fone, they get stuck in the middle of intallation. try again message comes up!
It might also be to permissions issue on the olfder being referred to.
Have you checked if you have full permissions to the folder.
You can also try the below basic troubleshooting steps :

stupid ipod wont sync some of my tv shows. they worked before i updated it then i erased everything on it tried restoring it to factory setting that didn't work. some of them say that it isn't compatable and they were downloaded on it before. does anybody have an answer to what the problem could be?
no not really the means it cant find the song so since there scattered you would need to find each one of those individually and if that doesn't fix it ur lookin at removing and reinstalling

Certain albums that I import or have been imported appear as two and certain tracks are split over the two albums. The tracks that are split are either various artists or featuring different artists which differ from the album title, how do i over come this.
Generally all you need to do is fill in an appropriate Album Artist. For more details see my article on Grouping Tracks Into Albums, in particular the topic One album, too many covers.
For best results go to the Songs view, if necessary use View > Show Column Browser, then tick both of View > Column Browser > Group Compilations and View > Column Browser > Use Album Artists.
While setting Album Artist will normally fix things, if you have a non-iOS iPod device you may also need to change Artist as suggested or the album will break up again there.
