the zen micro media explorer tells me "The device is not connected to you pc. Please connect your Zen Micro to the computer'.
I've not used it for a while and I may be doing something stupid, but has anybody any idea why this may be?

Randomly when I plug my Iphone 4s into Itunes it will tell me that it can't detect my phone and that I need to restore it. It doesn't happen every time, but maybe every two weeks.I restore it and then it works for a while, but then a couple weeks later I'll plug it in and I get the same message again. It's very frustrating because even though I have all the settings to save to cloud, my apps and data don't all come back.

When I plug my iPhone 4s into my PC, I get a message that says iTunes needs a newer version of Apple Mobile Device Support. It wants me to uninstall both the AMDS and iTunes and then reinstall iTunes. iTunes won't recognize my phone and so I can't synch it. Has anyone else run into this problem recently and how did you resolve it? Thanks!

I have my iPhone 4s plugged into a dock and the dock connected to an amplifier with 2 speakers and a bass, the problem is that the amplifier doesn't have a volume changer and when i plug in the iPhone into the dock the iPhone´s volume bar disappears and im not allowed to change the volume and its very loud. how can i change the volume? is there an app? any ideas??(my dock doesnt have infrared remote controller )

Apple does not repair devices beyond replacing the screen on some models or a battery replacement. They replace the ENTIRE device.
For the Out of Warranty replacement cost, you could have gotten a fully functional replacement device. Instead you chose to spend less to get only the screen replaced and continue to live with additional issues.
Apple will not touch the device now. They will know that it was opened elsewhere and that the replacement screen is not original. -
When I plug my ipod shuffle into my usb port, it no longer shows as a "device" over to the left. This makes it impossible to to transfer a new playlist to my ipod. Any suggestions?

i have icloud but does that backup everything thats on my phone currently? even music that i have purchased on my phone thats is on my itunes? pic, contacts, apps?

I'm getting an error message when I plug my iPhone 4 into my computer. It says, "This iPhone cannot be used because the Apple Moblie Device Service has not been started." What does this mean? I've never had this error before. It's also giving the same message with my iPod touch. Please help!

DanaGalYou can easily check whether you've the Apple Mobile Device in your computer.
Right click 'My Computer' , then Manage => Services and Applications => Services. Apple Mobile Device is listed in alphabetical order. If none, it means you've not download iTunes into your computer yet. If yes, please ensure the Apple Mobile Device is in 'Started' status.

I recently bought a lightning to 30 pin adapter for my new iPad so that I could continue to use my 30 pin to VGA cord, but when I plug the VGA cord into it it says it is not supported. They are all apple products, so why doesn't it work?
If it is a lightning to 30 pin adaptor, and you have a 7th Generation Nano it has to fit the Nano.

You need to contact Sony and see if they model you have is compatible with the docking adapter. It may not be. -
Alright, I've had this problem for a while now, and I'm at my wit's end. Hope someone can help me.
First of all, I'm running Windows 8.0 on a Lenovo, using iTunes 11.1.5, and an iPhone on iOS 7.0.6.
Problem is, when I plug my iPhone 5 into my computer, the computer recognizes the iPhone, but for some reason, iTunes doesn't realize it's there. On top of that, every time I plug in, my phone gives me the same "Trust this computer?" prompt, like it doesnt recognize the computer I told it to trust 5 seconds ago. A couple times, I got lucky and iTunes dignified me with a "An iPhone has been detected, but could not be identified properly." prompt. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile device driver, updating everything, uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, resetting my iphone settings, but nothing works. Thanks.Try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

When i plug my network switch into airport extreme it affects my wireless operation
I have a gigabit wired network with a 16 port unmanaged switch. I have a TWC cable modem, connected to the AE Tower. When I plug my wired network into one of the LAN ports on the AE, I can no longer connect to the internet. I have my Extreme set to "Create a wireless network" and it's connected to the router via DHCP and NAT. When I disconnect my wired network, I can once again access the internet.
The switch seems to be operating correctly, I can see and access my other computer when it connected to the router. I can't seem to determine why connecting the wired network causes the loss of internet connectivity.Temporarily, disconnect the switch.
Restart the AirPort Extreme
Temporarily, turn off the wireless on a laptop and connect the laptop directly to the Ethernet port on the AirPort Extreme. Check to see if you can get a good Internet connection that way.
Then, test the other 2 Ethernet ports on the AirPort Extreme the same way.

So when I plug my iPhone 3GS into my iMac, for music reasons, it says I have 123 songs. When I plug my iTouch into my iMac it says I have 565 songs on my iTouch. I have the same apple idea for both my iPhone and iTouch, how do I transfer my 565 songs on my iTouch to my iPhone? PLEASE HELP!!!
When you connect your iPad or iPod to the Mac, click on the device name in iTunes - don't click on the arrow on the device. Then click on the Music tab in the main window pane. Now you should see 'Sync Music' and all your playlists, artists and albums. Here you mark the checkboxes for what should be synced.
