I just completed and saved a book inLR4 and when I press Send Bpook to Blurb absolutely nothig happens ???
How do I get all this work to Blurb without losing it ??

Try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

Assuming that the battery isn't empty (and it can take up to 15 minutes of charging before it will respond), then have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep/on/off and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

How to reset your SMC >>
Run fsck.
1. Reboot/Startup holding your Command-S key down.
2. At the command line type the following and hit 'Return.'
/sbin/fsck -fy
3. After it has check/repaired your disk, type 'reboot' and hit 'Return' again. Unit should bootup normally.

Trying to install Firefox in Windows 7 Home Premium on an HP Pavilion PC. Download works, but when I click run, nothing happens. I have tried installing in both IE and Chrome and still nothing. Any ideas? I think it may have something to do with how my user account is set up, but don't know enough about setting up accounts to investigate further. I am a 68 year old grandmother of 6 who is not all that technically savvy so any advise has to be step by step or easy to understand. Thank you. Sandra in McLean, Virginia

Did you Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop?
The small stub installer that is offered by default needs to access internet to download the files and can be blocked by security software causing the download to fail.
The full installer shouldn't give this issue.
Try this:

*Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
You should get the usual UAC pop-up from Windows to start the installation.

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
*Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
*In the Firefox options window click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select "General".
*In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
*Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:

Wait a few hours and check the spam filter. If you still don't get it, ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Has nothing to do with the SIM or master reset. This has been done to my phone. The SIM once and the factory reset many times over. You all just sold us a bad piece of equipment and have us by the tail with our contracts so none of us can get a new phone without paying full price or re-upping our contract. I just got off the phone last night with your high up tech people (you know, the hidden number we get once we tear into your support people enough), they went into my phone again and still didn't find anything wrong. Sure, you can override the warning and press "Continue" instead.
But you said "you have been through the book many times" - have you checked the pages in Aperture's book view or have you checked the preview of the book? I'd look at least at at the "Preview" of the Book - after pressing "Continue" you will see the "Preview" button when the next panel is shown. Look carefully at the preview of the book, if any text is missing.
If you are sure that you like what you see in the preview and no empty textfields show, you can proceed to buy the book.
