Thank you for your reply, Paul. Unfortunately this suggestion didn't solve the issue.
After experimenting with it for a bit, it seemed that it might be related to widow/orphan control, but it occurs even with widow/orphan control turned off.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

How do I set the environment to change outputs when I press a button?

Hi guys!
This is a question for the Logic pros:
How do I set up my environment so that when I press a Button on my Midi Controller the Outputs from the Master Channel switch from 1-2 to 3-4 (to hear my music through different loudspeakers)???
Does somebody know how to do that?

The easiest way is to route your mix to all the outputs you're using. Then set up fader objects in the env that transform toggled cc's from your keyboard switches. Cable those fader objects to the output channel objects. To toggle the Mute on an output channel you'll need to send it a fader message #9, value 0 or 1, on channel 1.
That would work, as long as you have switches on your keyboard that can transmit toggled cc's.

Sure, you can override the warning and press "Continue" instead.
But you said "you have been through the book many times" - have you checked the pages in Aperture's book view or have you checked the preview of the book? I'd look at least at at the "Preview" of the Book - after pressing "Continue" you will see the "Preview" button when the next panel is shown. Look carefully at the preview of the book, if any text is missing.
If you are sure that you like what you see in the preview and no empty textfields show, you can proceed to buy the book.

It sounds like what you are trying to do is edit the choices in a likert field to something other than the default radio button. This is not something that you can do in Formscentral at this time.

Yoga 13 MSIE10 can't type into text fields

New machine Feb 2013 used exclusively in laptop mode. Has been great overall but right out of the box I could not type text into any form fields using Internet Explorer 10. What an intro to Windows 8! Discovered I can type text in notepad, then copy and paste it into fields but cannot enter it directly. This was happening with the factory installed software so if it's a third party app conflict it's one that's original equipment. Thankfully Chrome works fine, but sometimes I need to use MSIE and am quickly reminded why I can't.
Google and Lenovo forums are mum on this subject. Some suggestions pointed to SFC /scannow, which came up with a litany of things it couldn't fix. Enhanced protected mode in MSIE also did not help. Didn't appear possible to reinstall MSIE (where's the DOJ when you need them?) What's next? Thank you all for your assistance.

Welcome to the Forums.
Are you having this issue on the desktop version of I.E. or the Metro version?
- if the issue only happens on the metro IE, try to open the Desktop I.E. > press ALT+T > choose Internet options. On the Internet Options, go to the Programs Tab, set I.E. to Always and check the box "Open Internet Explorer tiles on the desktop"

Alternatively, if the issue is compatibility between the website and the I.E. versions, you can run I.E. 10 in compatibility mode or on a lower version (i.e. I.E. 9, I.E. 8., ...etc.). To do this:
1. Open the Desktop I.E. and press F12
2. On the developer tools, choose Browser Mode IE 10 and choose an I.E. version (i.e. IE 9)

How do I capture selected record ID when I pressed the Button

I have a repdort with below query.

This query gives each row a button. When I press a button of a particular row I wanted to capture that row empno field value. How can I do this?

If you are trying to make the button do a submit to this page or another page to see employee detail, you are probably better off creating a link on you column in the "Report Attributes" section that will make the column a hyperlink (text or image, you can pick) (see How can i make a linking column in a report it has a link to a how-to from Oracle and some HTML formatting hints to make the link more informative with ALT text)
Here is one way to capture the selected employee number. Hopwever, it will not submit the form though. You can put the value of empno into another field using javascript. The Pxxx_destination_field is the name of the field on the page you want to push the empno into.

Auto-tabbing between input text fields in AS3

Hello-
I am having some trouble figuring out how to work auto-tabbing between input text fields when a user inputs a character. I have a series of text boxes with maxChar set to 1, and when the user inputs a character, I would like it to auto-tab to the next one. I'm putting together a crossword-style banner ad so the auto-tabbing will help tremendously. All the input text fields are instanced on the stage as input1, input2, etc; not called in from a custom class. Also, I've been working with AS3 for about 2 weeks lol!

Awesome, thank you, that works nicely! Now I need to figure out how to capture individual keyCodes for each input and then come up with a conditional to check for right or wrong answers. Has nothing to do with the SIM or master reset. This has been done to my phone. The SIM once and the factory reset many times over. You all just sold us a bad piece of equipment and have us by the tail with our contracts so none of us can get a new phone without paying full price or re-upping our contract. I just got off the phone last night with your high up tech people (you know, the hidden number we get once we tear into your support people enough), they went into my phone again and still didn't find anything wrong. I about got fired from my job for not getting my calls and texts. The BBB has now been contacted, and I feel your end should shore this up for all of us!

Linking a ChooseFromList to the matrix column should give you what you want. Samples of using the ChooseFromList can be found in the SDK HelpCenter and here in the SDN forum. For example:

i have to create a form with some items.there are two text field item :p1_item_group and :p1_item_name.
i want to design these form like telly Form .eg in a telly form like if we want to enter state in text field and cursor come on State text field then open a window with all state name in right side and user select state from these window and state come in to text field.
So i want to this type of action on p1_item_group when cursor come in to this item p1_item_group then quickly open a window with all item group name.

hi manoj,
you can write onFocus event on your textbox from which you want to call a pop up window
write a javascript function and call it onFocus event of textbox. In that function call a new popup page using window.open function.
on that page you will have a values as you mentioned eg A,B,D etc.
then user will select value from there and textbox will get that value.

Apply my own formula when user presses sum button in a report

I have this requirement that when user presses SUM button for a particular field in a report instead of Summing it up and displaying I can apply my own formula and display its value.
For Ex : When we press sum button for field efficiency :

26 - It would sum it up and display 26 , where as i don't want it to display 26 i want to apply a separate formula and display that value

Suggest to add another custom button to the ALV toolbar and write the desired logic you want.
Also to avoid confusion, disable the standard summation button. (you can add the same icon for the custom button if you wish)

Only after 15 seconds the arrow and the screen really shut down. It did not occur before, as a matter of fact it was instantaneous. What could be the problem?

Note the time in your Mac's menu bar or some other accurate timepiece. Then, press the button to put the MBA to sleep. Wait until the cursor disappears and for all indications that the Mac appears to be asleep.
Then, wake the Mac the way you normally wake it.
Then, find the Console app - it is in your Utilities folder and looks like this
You can find it by selecting Utilities from the Finder's Go menu.
Open Console.
If the log list column on the left is not already displayed, show the log list by selecting Show Log List from Console's View menu.
Locate system.log in the list and select it. Many date and time-stamped entries will appear, hundreds of them, and you must find the entries relevant to your Mac's sleep problem. To do that type the words sleep cause in the Filter field at the upper left of the Console window:
That will cause all log entries to be hidden, except for the entries containing those words. The last entry in the list will correspond to the last time you woke the Mac. It will have a time stamp in the form hh:mm:ss later than the time you noted in the Mac's menu bar prior to putting it to sleep.
Make note of that exact time in hours, minutes, and seconds.
Next: Clear the filter field by clicking the x in the above screenshot. It should then look like this:
All previously displayed log entries will reappear.
Next: Find the log entry that corresponds exactly to the time you noted in hours, minutes, and seconds containing the words "previous sleep cause". You may have to scroll up or down a considerable distance. When you find that line, select it and drag your cursor up and prior to the entry corresponding to the approximate time you noted before putting the Mac to sleep. This will result in a selection of perhaps 50 to 100 lines or so.
One or more of them, along with their time stamps, may reveal the reason for the fifteen second delay.
Copy and paste those log entries in a reply.
Most of the entries will be cryptic but will contain information you might consider personal such as your Mac's name. If you do not want that information to appear, delete or obscure it when posting your reply. Leave enough information so that the entries can be deciphered.
