The download button will be disabled if you are not on a WiFi connection at the present time.
My 4G/LTE connection is actually faster than my available WiFi (in this present location), but those are the rules...

A reboot should be enough to make it work.
Just restart your computer.
Otherwise, make sure you're an administrator - as if you're not, it could be that the administrator put a restiction.

Standard troubleshooting...
Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider if, it comes up. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Remove all apps from Recently Used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Tap and hold any icon in this list until they wiggle
- Press the red (-) to delete all apps from this list.
- Press the home button twice when done.
If still a problem restore with your backup.
If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.

I have now the same problem with 2 bords of this.
I've a friend with one, that we turn it on an all systems seems to work but the screen don't turs on and the d-led ligts turns reed. After that i take off al cards and trie to starts and the problem as still the same. Acording to D-led lights, this means a processor's fail. I take off the the processor to my board and it start's normaly, i've worked whith that all night without any problem. After that i change my board with the other, put all cards, and when i starts,... the problem perssists. (sorry my english). I take off the 2 bords, putted them in a tabel, just with prossessor's, AGP Card, one DDR, my disk and clear CMOS, and when i start's all 2 continuos with the same problem, ?( i take off the AGP Cards, and the 4 ledds turn reed again and the problem was the samne. Now i ask, WHAT THE HELL CAN I DO, did i broke my board too, who can i fix this. I can´t change the bios version they don't start. The first was running well, until my friend chenge to a Termaltake Volcano cooler, after that, start´s with this problem. My board was working fine until i change to is case. What i can possíbel have done wrong????? ;( ;( ;(

If Safari crashes on launch and you don't have another web browser, you should be able to launch Safari by starting up in safe mode.
You may have installed the "Genieo" or "InstallMac" ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it.
Back up all data before making any changes.
Besides the files listed in the linked support article, you may also need to remove this file in the same way:
~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.genieo.completer.ltvbit.plist
If there are other items with a name that includes "Genieo" or "genieo" alongside any of those you find, remove them as well.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those.
After removing the malware, remember to reset your home page in all the web browsers affected, if it was changed.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, then you may have one of the other kinds of adware covered by the support article. Follow the rest of the instructions in the article.

I used to install the rEFIt to boot with win7. When I deleted win7, I didn't uninstall rEFIt. Nothing wrong with it. One day after I watched movie in full screen,I pressed esc to quit. Impossible, there are zero, as in none, zip, nadda viruses for OS X. If you have viruses on it they are for MS Windows and will not affect OS X. I suspect the hard disk has crashed, if you have backup then it's not a big deal to have it changed, just take it into your local Apple Store or AASP for service. If you have not been backing it up you may be in for a painful lesson on why backup is critical.

I had thought about this, but it seems other people have already chosen the screen name "pinksharkmark" and virtually every variation of it I can think of. So that isn't an option for me. As for getting it to display something else as well, do you mean that if I were to get an AIM screen name like "CromulentCat" I could somehow log in to iChat under the AIM account "CromulentCat" yet get iChat to represent me to my Buddies as "PinkSharkMark"? Because I have to admit I don't see how that can be done. It appears as if iChat displays to anyone chatting with you precisely the account name you logged in under and nothing else. So if you logged in using a .Mac account, then you are displayed as "[email protected]" while if you logged in under an AIM account, you are displayed as "CromulentCat". But that's it that's all... there is no way to change CromulentCat to PinkSharkMark.

If i hold the home button Siri will say "Siri is not available please connect to internet" but there is still no image on the screen. - During a phone call, if I put the conversation on speakers ==> it works and the volume bar reappears. I can control the volume with + and - buttons. But when the conversation is over, the bar disappears again.
- With the headphones, everything is ok!
- I also noticed (only a few times) that when I do a silent to ringer mode, the volume slider reappears and works correctly during 2 or 3 seconds, before disappearing again.
I don't know what is problem,because the speakers work.

I would ask the person you received it from if they've had this issue.
You can completely close out of the camera, then do a reset, hold down the home/power button together until yo usee the apple logo and then release, then wait for you phone to boot back up.
