When i preview my project, nothing happens...it will bring up the window, but nothing displays when you hit play

Could you tell the complete version of Captivate and Operating system?
Are you able to preview in browser?
Please try recreating Captivate's preferences: Deleting preferences
This may also happen if standalone Flash Player is not installed properly.

Thanks for your quick reply. I tried a number of different values. Usually when I do a negative offset they're very small values, like -.25 or -.5.
An Update- I took the art work into Ai CS 6 and It still did not work, which is really strange. And I've used it hundreds of times with success in the past. Also I tried it with live type and outlines, ungrouped, un-compounded still could not get it to negative offset.

My toolbar is missing and there is a button at the top left that asks me to "Please re-install the Toolbar" but when I click on it nothing happens???

what version of iPHoto do you have? Of the OS? is the iPhoto icon you are speaking of in the Dock?

Somehow my "IPhoto" icon now says "Preview". When I click on "Preview" nothing opens up except the bar says Preview. When I click on the Preview on the bar, a box opens up with different items, except when I click on any of them, there is nothing there. The only thing that work is the "quit preview". However, it is still there where my IPhoto icon should be. I can't get into my IPhoto. How do I get rid of this "Preview" and how did it end up taking over the IPhoto icon???
If you go to your Applications folder and double click on iPhoto what happen?

You must think I'm an idiot, Larry, because you have been incredibly precise about your instructions. However, as I keep saying, when I get to the "customize" screen, and I right-click the preview image, absolutely nothing happens. You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

I have ios7.1.2 on my iphone and am trying to upgrade to 8.0.2. I haven't installed 8 yet and when I try and upgrade nothing happens. It says ios8.0.2 improvements from 8.0.1 are available but not the whole ios. What to do?
It sounds like maybe 8.0.1 has downloaded onto your phone but not installed. You can check for it in Settings > General > Usage > Storage, Manage Storage. If it's there you should see it at the top of the list of apps. Swipe to delete it. 8.0.1 was pulled by Apple quickly after it was introduced due to issues and replaced by 8.0.2. Once it's deleted you should be able to download and install 8.0.2.

The button on my Ipod Touch (the big one just below the screen) will not work when I press it. Nothing happens, when before it would wake my IPod out of sleep mode, and exit out of programs I was using (ex. ITunes or Safari to main screen) . Now, no reactions. When I press the button, it appears to be more indented then it was before. What should I do? Do I need to get it fixed or replaced, or is this a problem I can fix on my own? Whatever it is, I really need some advice. Thanks in advance.

I had FB working again two days ago, and yesterday in mid-serve Safari just "couldn't find the server" once more...
That's a different issue...
First, if you can just use English, open System Preferences > Language & Text then select the Language tab. Drag English to the top of the list then restart your Mac.
Now for the server issue. Try using Open DNS. That shold help the "couldn't find the server" issue...

I cannot get the Output Module to work. I was able to get the button to show up, but when I click on it, nothing happens. i need to export a PDF asap. I am trying to export 33 PSD files in BRIDGE to a PDF like I used to do on my other computer with bridge.
Let's start with the general things.
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help? -

Those Apps listed in the iTunes Apps library will only work with iOS devices. They are not designed to work on your Macbook Air system.
