hi-i need help- when i try to print a cd jewel case insert(i did this many times)the songs side will print out on top of each other like one big glob-and the other half the photo of album comes out correct-i thought it was my old printer so of course got a new one-still does the same crap-help me

I believe that insufficient RAM may be the source of some of your problems. If you have a RAM of somewhere 4 to 8GB, you will experience smoother computing. 3GB doesn't seem right, so you might want to learn more by going to this site:

I don't know what know what's happening with your optical drive, but it seems you use your drive quite a bit. In that case, look into a lens cleaner for your machine. It's inexpensive, works quite well.

I had a similar problem: I wanted to synch my playlist to my iphone. I like to have my playlist sorted by genre. But under each genre, albums are not sorted by the track numbers. This is a problem, especially when I am listening to club mixes when the DJ smoothly transitions from 1 track sequentially to the next one. Under the properties of each audio file, the Track Numbers and Disc Numbers are already there.
My perfect solution was to turn On Sorting - Sort Album under View>Show View Options. Then, select all the songs in that album (Shift click, Cmd click, etc) , and Edit multiple item information (Cmd I). You will see Info-Video-Sorting-Options buttons. Click on Sorting. Then, under Sort Album, Enter the name of the album. Then OK.
You should now have the playlist sorted by Genre, then each album individually sorted by track numbers. On your playlist you should see, if you scroll right, the column added called "Sort Album".

If MacKeeper corrupted the Recovery partition then even I underestimated its potential for damage. Garbage "cleaning" apps will cause misery but I have not found that the Recovery partition to have been affected by using MacKeeper or anything like it. I doubt that it did so, but I have learned not to underestimate the potential for such things to result in system corruption.
Before concluding your Mac has a hardware failure, try booting OS X Internet Recovery by holding command option r on startup (three fingers). That will force your iMac to bypass the Recovery partition altogether, and convey the ability to create a new one.
An Internet connection will be required (wired or wireless).
At the Mac OS X Utilities screen, select Disk Utility. Select your startup volume (usually named "Macintosh HD") and click the Repair Disk button. Describe any errors it reports in red. If Disk Utility reports "The volume Macintosh HD appears to be OK" in green then you can be reasonably (though not completely) assured your hard disk is in good working order.
Assuming the HD remains usable you can then use Disk Utility to erase it. Reinstall OS X, restore your essential software and other files, and don't reinstall the junk.

First, update iTunes, then connect the phone to the computer and do a restore. This will also get your iOS up to date. Your phone should operate correctly after doing this, if not, you will most likely need to have the phone serviced or replaced.

Before ios 7, photos that I took on my iphone 5 would go from camera roll to photo stream on my phone and then show up in my Photo Stream folder on my pc within a few seconds. Now they no longer auto sync to my Photo Stream folder on my pc. I know about the new iCloud Photos folder in my pc but the photos do not show up until I manually open the iCloud panel, uncheck the photos button, hit apply, then recheck the photos button and hit apply again. I HAVE RESOLVED THIS!! The problem was that I was signed in to iCloud on my iphone with an old Apple ID and using a different Apple ID on my pc. I signed out of iCloud on my phone, then re-signed in with the same id as the iCloud on my pc. Presto chango. All is well.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

I have an iphone 4s. A while ago it started having issues with bluetooth. All of the sudden, an audio headset I am using quits working with my iphone bluetooth. I have this problem too. I have an iPhone 4, and this wasn't a problem when I bought the phone back in December. I think it came a month or so later and I suspect with a standard upgrade of something like itunes, or iphone software... but I can't pinpoint it to any specific update as it took me a while to notice it. For me, it does this with my work calendar which is run through Microsoft Outlook. But it's the exact same thing - and it means my calendar isn't reliable anymore.
I've made sure the time-zone settings are correct, I've updated all software, and gone through all possible settings for both my i-phone and Outlook. Nothing fixes the problem, even our tech guy at work didn't know what to do. I know it's not just my phone as the exact same thing has happened with my boss's iPhone which is an iPhone 3G, and it frustrates him to no end.
I'm really hoping someone at apple can tell us what's going on, especially since it never used to do this and there doesn't seem to be any way to fix it. If someone thinks they know what itunes update this was due to, let me know - I'll see if I can go back to that older version.

Just back it up to your computer using iTunes By connecting it to your compute, launching iTunes, then going to File>Devices>Back Up (transfer purchases of prompted). Then restore the iTunes backup to your new phone.

Can't print a CD jewel case insert!!

I have been trying for a long time to get a answer about itunes not being able to print a CD jewel case insert. I have spoken to many tech. support people. Some I have their names and call back numbers, which shows how much they been trying to help me. But they can't really do anything because the problem is itunes update 11.2.
I wish I would have never upated to itunes 11.2, but hind sight is 20/20 isn't it. Why would you make a CD and not be able to not know the songs that are on it. Please engineering get with it and make a new update to this "LOUSY ITUNES 11.2". I know that alot of other people are having the same problem, some have mentioned it to you. Why others sit back and do nothing; I don't know? But I have read of some other problems with the same update. I guess all we can do is wait. What a pain in the -------!!!

I am having a similar problem. When I try to print the jewel cases the way I did up to a month ago, the print option does not highlight! I think it is Apple letting us know once again that CDs are a thing of the past. Many of their products do not have DVD/CD players, and some do not even have USB spots.

I'm having the same issue - when I try to change any print options iTunes freezes and I have to end the process in Task Manager... I was trying to turn off duplex printing and the printer option screen wouldn't take any input. I changed the default printer properties to turn off duplex; iTunes did not reflect the updated preferences.
