When I right click on an entry in the bookmarks and select Open in Internet Explorer, nothing happens. It does work when I am on a page , right click and select View this page in IE.

If you right-click the image and choose View Image Info, what shows as "Type"?
If it shows JPEG image, for example, make sure to save the file with a .jpg file extension. If you place quotation marks around the entire file name, e.g.,
"myfile.jpg"
then you can ensure that the name as the correct extension. Does that help?

Also, when im viewing websites and i find something i wish to print, same again, if i simply click on the print option at the top right of the screen nothing happens... the only way I can print is if i copy the weblink of the site page then click on my HP eprint app and paste the web link, then select print, it prints off fine.. but its it such a pain to keep copying and pasting links or screen dumping emails just to print...

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. I speak English. I am living in Chile and have a Dell/MS Windows Vista (English) laptop. I have Firefox 3.6.12. I have installed the Spanish (Mexico) dictionary. I right-click in a Yahoo e-mail window and select Languages - Spanish (Mexico) and start typing in Spanish, but it is not correcting my mistakes, or offering alternative spellings.
I don't know if I have the correct plug-in, correct settings, or am expecting something that isn't possible.

Do other dictionaries work if you select them in the Languages menu?

When I right click, I can't copy or spell check or open a tab in a new window.

When I right click on a picture, it doesn't give me the option to copy or to view in another tab as a separate image from the web page it is on. I no longer have the option to spell check. When I highlight text to copy, it doesn't give me an option to copy it but only says "copy link location". I can open a new tab by holding down the control key and clicking the link I want open in a new tab but when I right click and click "Open in new tab" it does nothing. This started happening about a week ago.

You can try to update to Firefox 21 that has been released today.

If I click on a google search link and return with the back arrow on the browser it takes me to the top of the page and not the link I just opened unlike Internet explorer

I run a search on google.com and click on a link that comes up near the bottom of the page, After I read it and then use the back arrow (pointing left) to return to the searches it takes me to the top of the page to the first link google found rather than the link I just looked at. This does not happen with other web pages using firefox or Internet Explorer's Browser (using google).

By default Mac apps do not close when you close the window you were working in. Unlike in Windows when you click the top right X icon in any program is closes the window and the program shuts down. On Mac OS X clicking the X in the top left hand corner only closes that windows and leave the program running in the background. If they are left open and you reboot they will restart with the system and load a window for them.

Open link in new tab option missing when i right click a link in firefox 16 beta and firefox 15.

My system is Windows 7 SP1 fully updated with Norton 360 a/v
My problem is as follows:
Installed Firefox with no difficulty
It opened normally
Used and setup Google News UK as default page with no difficuly and page opened normally.
But then trried to open individual items in Google News and every time got message Internet Explorer cannot open this site
Set up a bare Windows 7 SP1 drive and installed Firefox and continued with same message when opening items on the page
I also use both MSN and Yahoo browsers and neither have any problems
I have repeated the process in Windows 8 beta with the same result

When I go to Yahoo Mail on Firefox the font is smaller than on Internet Explorer

When I use Internet Explorer the font in Yahoo Mail is nice and large and easy to read but when I use Firefox the font is too small. Can it be changed.
I am not just talking about within the e-mail itself but within the whole program.
