When I run Disk Utility I guess this warning: "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified  and will not be repaired. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

My computer seems to have been polluted by some virus os whatever, which the Antivirus software does not seem to find.  It is turning off on it's own, without any apparent intervention, while iddle.
Then I read about this issue with Remote Management. IS there any connection here?
thanks

You do not need the Antivirus for your Mac.
The disk utility warning can be ignored.
