I had the same issue. This is what I was told to do.
iWork has to be removed completely to be effective when re-installing, you must use an application removal tool to do this or it wont remove every Keynote file.
Appcleaner   will do this and its free.
The following procedure has helped solve many issues with Keynote:
1 Close Keynote then use Appcleaner
2 Empty the Trash
3 Shut down the Mac, then restart and press the shift key immediately after the startup sound, then release shift when the Apple logo appears
          allow the Mac to boot up to the desktop, it will take longer then usual as the hard drive is being repaired
4 restart the Mac
5 Reinstall iWork
6 Repair permissions:
          Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > First Aid:   click on your system disc in the drive column
          and select Repair Disk Permissions
7 open Keynote and test

HT1848 What if when you go to the "file menu" and scroll to devices, nothing comes up highlighted? It does not allow you to click any of the options, however they are there.

I am syncing my iphone to my iTunes account and then I do a backup and also making sure all updates are current. Then by going to the my phone and then going to the right and selecting the restore my iphone.

As I understand it all iTunes purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID that purchased them. The email address & password combination should remain valid even if you no longer have access to the email address used to set up the account. I had hoped that if you provided both your current and former email addresses using that form, the support team would have been able to confirm your right to the older account and guide you on how to reset the password for it.
If I understand you correctly all of the songs you have in the library now were downloaded with your current Apple ID, but that download has included the older purchases. Odd that they would download, but then not play. In some cases downloads can be corrupted and this can show as an authorisation problem, so it might be worth deleting a sample track, not hiding from iTunes in the cloud, closing iTunes, reopening, then redownloading. Assuming that doesn't help contact iTunes Store support and explain your issue in detail. https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
For the future see Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy and make sure your iTunes library and other important data is backed up routinely. That way a drive failure or Windows upgrade won't wipe out your data.

How did you do that? Do you mean you sync to iTunes that had the ipad library?
The phone with the issue, settings - general - reset - erase all contents and settings - this will wipe the phone clean and then restore from your backup.

AIrplay to digital or analogue devices like speakers or hifi system is only available in Express. Or Apple TV.
The TC or Extreme will pass airplay protocol just fine to your ATV.
The Extreme and TC and now identical apart from the TC having an internal hard disk.

Why is my macbook pro not authorized to play my itunes music nor accepting my mobileme account info?

I loaded my music on my iPhone 4 (which plays just fine from there) but when it syncs to my macbook pro it says this computer is not authorized to play my music. To authorize this computer it asks me to log into MobileMe (for which I know both the email and password and can log into in another screen) but it says it does not recognize my account, password or any security questions. Any help in getting the so-called integrated MobileMe/Apple system to recognize each other so I can play my music on all of my devices????
