When I save a copy of CC project, the new copy project plays everything really slow

Hey guys,
Just saved a copy of my Adobe Premiere CC video project after hours of work. Then I reopened my project (both the original and copy) and when I played the video back on the timeline, everything is about 24 frames slower. The music is slower, the voiceover is slower, etc. And now, even when I copy the sequence and start a new project with it, it's still slower than the original. Sequence setttings are same as before. What. the. crap?

When we see people posting for the first time, it is pretty easy to assume that they didn't start by reading the FAQ pages. Pointing them to information about how to more successfully ask their question doesn't really require more than a one line response in most cases.

I would like to inform you that not all the browsers and online PDF readers support copying text from a PDF. If you have opened the PDF online, please download PDF file to your computer and then open the file in Adobe Reader.
Please share a screenshot if the issue still persists.

I have a 1st & 4th gen ipod shuffle. When I copy a playlist to the 1st gen it plays back correctly. The 4th gen plays back the same playlist alphabetically by artist. The copy by play order function makes no difference. Any suggestions?

This is crazy. What are those guys thinking. I would love to have my 2nd generation ipod shuffle back - it was so easy to use, so easy to operate, alas it was lost/stolen! There are 2 big disasterous (disaster to ease of use) changes in the ipod 4th generation. This particularly relates to podcasts. One is they only play in order by source/type of podcast. You cannot break out of that unless, you have someone to show you how to use the voice over which is not covered anywhere on the very thin manual or elsewhere. Secondly and just as bad but related also, you cannot line them up on your shuffle by date, preference, anything. ONLY apple will do this for you. I hate the thing and will return it today after visiting Apple 3 days in a row to try and get answers, trying to apply the answers and realizing beside the fact that some of the answers given were wrong, they were not going to lead to ease of use. Who said this was better? I was struggling with this (not knowing how to break out of one type of podcast) until i went to Apple and talked to about 4 people who knew less than i did about the shuffle. OUr family has just bought 2 new macbook pros for my son and wife. I have had my macbook for 4 years and love it. I had my ipod shuffle (2 gen) for the same time and loved it but now I don't trust Apple. Are they going to make changes just to make changes. Get some consumer advice, please not just from nerds who want more buttons but from everyday people.

Assuming you are on windows - Right click on the smart object layer in the layer panel and select export smart object. This will create a psb file than can then be opened later by photoshop using the normal File>Open.

I can't save an old InDesign file to the new version

I can't save an old InDesign file to the new version. I keep getting this message:
I can only save the file as .IDML.

This happens to ALL old InDesign files on my iMac (problem does not happen on my Macbook pro). I have saved the files as .idml and opened them again. I get the same error when I try to save the file as .indd. They can ONLY be saved as .idml.
I never embed images and do not have font issues (file was created on the same iMac as it is being opened on now).
Sometimes I get an error when I first try to open an old file - it ays the file is damaged and can't be opened. I try again right after and it opens fine.

Why when I merge clips in Audition CC does the new merge file have no data? It happens in large projects and once it starts to happen I cannot get merge clips or bounce tracks to work correctly.

settings -> iTunes & App Store
click on apple ID listed there
select Sign Out
sign in with the proper account
from then on, when the store ask for your password it should be with the correct ID

When i try to update my iphone with the new software, it will give me a message that says connection time timed out, and then it says some other little things about a network not having a connection. i checked all of that and it is all fine. I can tell you that this is some of the absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I found out from a store employee that when they are really busy with calls, they have third party companies taking overflow calls. One of those companies is Xerox. What can a Xerox call center rep possibly be able to authorize on a Verizon account? I'm Sure there is a ton of misinformation out there due to this. They don't note the accounts properly or so everyone can see them. I have been transferred before and have asked if they work for Verizon or a third party also and was refused an answer so, apparently they aren't required to disclose that information. I spent a long time in the store on my last visit and it's not just customers that get the runaround. It happens to the store employees as well and it's beyond frustrating.

When i try to restore my Back up using Itunes this is the message i get - "Unable to restore backup as the software is old - Please setup as a new device and then try to restore your backup" - Please advise. If i do so are there any chances of loosing my data. At this point in time i would be happy if i could just retreive my contacts list. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Nope - you cannot restore a backup from a newer iOS version on to a device running an older iOS version. The reverse works, but in your case to use your backup, you must update to iOS 7.0.3 - no other option if you want to use that backup.

after a restart it works for a time, but always slow. I went to the Applestore this afternoon and the made a check and said it would be the logicboard and they would have to change it for CHF 600 and it would be ready in 10 - 15 days
