Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

This happens only when a load my pdf file on my server, because if i click on the link when the file is on my iPad, the page opens without problem.

the % sign is often used when there's a space in a name. HTML doesn't like spaces so it fills them with % or %20
try, on the end of that link, see if there's a space built into the page or the link when the page was made
On the web address you may be able to 'backspace' at the end and erase that space to get the address, but whomever made the page possibly put a mistake in the link

In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:

OK, OSX can read that but not write, but...
A few options...
You could format that HDD as Fat32/MS-DOS, but you'd be limited to 4 GB Filesizes.

Try going into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > select the account > account name , tap on SMTP (under the 'Outgoing Mail Server' heading) and then tap on your Primary Server and try entering your email account and password and see if it then works

My iPhone 4s has been replaced at least 4 times within a year and nobody at the genius bar seems to know what's wrong but every time I plugy phone into my cable that connects my iPhone to the stero in my car and when I disconnect it, my iPhone think its in dock mode and will not play music or sounds with our being plugged into a dock.
