When i select a video, "youtube" my computer keeps buffing the video every two minitues while watching, i can;t watch a full video with in a normal time frame
my videos keep pausing when i am watching then it takes me 10 minutes to watch a 3 minute video, either on youtube or a movie stream
I do not know how to do this with an Apple TV (I don't have one), but as far as I know Apple TV only does mirroring.
If you have an HDMI cable long enough to reach your TV from where you sit, then it's easy. The TV could be set up in Extended Desktop mode (mirroring off) as if it was simply another computer monitor, and then you could just drag windows to it. If you have the Displays icon in your menu bar, that's where the setting is, or if the icon is not there, then the setting is in the Displays system preference. But again, that's for conventionally connected monitors, not Apple TV. If you don't have an HDMI cable and wanted a long one that's affordable you can get those at monoprice.com.
The answer we are still waiting for is if anyone knows if Apple TV can be used in extended desktop (non-mirroring) mode.

Yeah, of course you can. All you do is, open PhotoBooth, record your video and then, once you have stopped the video recording just drag the movie out of the bottom of PhotoBooth onto the desktop. It is in .mov format so you can then add it to iMovie for further editing or just upload it to youTube as it is.

I've been deleting information I don't want in the "Sort..." fields (like getting rid of "Deluxe Edition" markers, etc.), but when I plug my iPod into my computer iTunes repopulates the fields I deleted. This only happens for a few artists, and it's the same artists every time this happens. How do I stop it from doing that? It makes it measurably harder for me to control the organization of my library.

I am trying to upload photos onto e.bay from i photo. When I click choose file the I photo icon comes up but when i select it, instead of taking me in to the photo library it just downloads the iPhoto icon ! Help
Export copies of the photo(s) from iphoto onto your desktop and use that to upload to ebay

I'm using web developer1.1.9 ad-on. When I select a menu CSS->View Style Information, I see red outlined div's, etc. but I can't see these outlines anymore.

When I share a video with fcpx and it goes to Quicktime, the last few seconds goes mute. I checked the clip and sent that the same route and all is fine. It is only when I send the whole 3gb video. Any ideas?

However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components

To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store or have a Recent Mac you can find it in your Purchases List. -

"Recovery HD" is a partition on your boot drive which you option or commnad r key held at boot time to get into and then repair the Macintish HD partition.
If you have this on a external USB thumb drive, then that's all it is, no OS X, programs or files.
If your talking a USB external drive, it has to be a OS X bootable clone made with Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper and the option key held at boot time gives you that boot option.
Most commonly used backup methods
So what your saying is you have a external clone and by holding the option key down at boot all you get is it directly going to Recovery HD?
There is no Startup Manager option to choose what to boot from?
This could mean Apple changed something, or your external bootable clone isn't one, or the wrong software used so it's not being recognized by Startup Manager as a bootable option.
What did you use to make the external OS X USB bootable drive?

Partition Recover, damaged from bootcamp
I was trying to install Ubuntu Fiesty on the 2nd drive, and managed to delete the wrong hard drive (partition is gone). I have deleted the partition, but never initiated so far. Is there any way I can recreate/recover the partition so I can restore a
