When I send invites for events in ical, the event does not show up on the person I invited calendar

I am sending invites to my co-worker on a Mac through ical. When my co-worker accepts the event it doesn’t show up on his ical. How do I fix this?

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

What version of iPhoto are you running? Also is your profile correct?
In the Events mode set the View ➙ Sort option to By Date ➙ Descending so that the newer events are at the top of the window.

Linked Recon event does not show up in user's provisioned resources

I am totally new at this Orcale OIM stuff and I have looked through this forum and have not found an answer. I have configured the connector and and (I think) successfully ran the EBS_TR_User task limiting it to one specific user. It runs and I do not see any errors. It did create an entry in the Recon Event Manager in the design console and the event indicates that the EBS user is "linked" to the expected OIM user. The recon event also shows the responsibility that is in EBS for the user. However, what I do not understand is that when I look at the user in OIM and select to display the resource profile for the user, the responsibility does not show in OIM.
Why does it not show in OIM? Is there something I am missing to cause it not to appear? Or is there another step I need to complete to make it appear? Or does it just not ever appear? Does anyone know what to do after the EBS_TR_User scheduled task runs or where I can find information on this? Any insight or direction is greatly appreciated !!

Well take care of Martin's Suggestion to first of all identify that its Trusted Source or Target Resource model of reconciliation you are running. This is how you can identify that:
- Check it against the Connector Documentation Or
- Go to the Resource Object against which you are running this reconciliation. Check the Trusted check box. If this is checked then you are running Trusted Mode and in this case you won't be able to see those Responsibilities in the Resource Profile of Users.
Now if the above condition is not true and the mode is not Trusted then make sure you have the following rule condition defined.
One Entity Match Found -> Establish Link
One Process Match Found -> Establish Link *(For Later on identification of same Account)*

When I open an image in Photoshop from Lightroom it does not show any adjustments, without restarting photoshop between each picture.

I am using Macbook Pro, Photoshop CC, and Lightroom 5.
The problem is: When I start edit in photoshop from Lightroom, the adjustment in Lightroom does not showing up in Photoshop. This has never been happen before while using Photoshop 6.
I have tried to reinstall the products several times, including OS Yosemite. But it does not help.

The problem with write permissions for the OneDrive folder only shows up in Lightroom 6's export dialogue, that's why it's to irritating. Lightroom 5.7.1 is not having that problem nor does the file explorer. The problem also exists on both of my machines. Blocked thread with no events does not show up in Flight Recording

When there is no event in a thread and the thread is blocked during the entire duration of a flight recording, the thread does not show up in the flight recording. How to check the state of such a thread from the flight recording?

I am not sure I understand the question correctly, but events (like Java Blocked) are only saved to file when the thread is not longer blocked. So if you have an event that goes on during the whole recording it won't show up. It's a known limitation of flight recorder.
If you are really desperate to find out the state of the thread you could look at the Method Profiling events that samples the thread.
1) In the Event Types remove all the events that are checked.
2) Check the Method Profiling Sample.
3) Go to Events-> Threads. Select the thread you are interested in
4) Right click and select Operative Set -> Set Selection
5) Go to Events -> Log and check Show only Operative Set
6) Click on an event in the log and look at Event Attributes below. There is a field called Thread State which will tell you the state thread.
That's the best that you could do.

You have to send it from the Mail program on the Mac not the website. When you send it from the website it is in the sent folder on the website.
I handle all my mail in the Mac Mail program never the website.

The ical in icloud does not show the events from my mac

I have synchronised the ical as advsied by apple thorugh icloud.
all my mac calendars are listed on the right collum but the events disappeared. Not only are they not showing in icloud but tey are lost from my mac.
Everything was backed up. I tried to restore from time machine but a messege comes up suaing it is not allowed by OSX.
How can I bring back my lost events?

I currently have 883 contacts in the ICloud but when i setup my Icloud account in Outlook 2007 it does not show any contacts folder.

The email works in the IMAP account but no contacts to be found in the standard folders or IMAP.
Additionally, it looks like the export function in the ICloud is broken. When I select all contacts, they all get highlighted but when I export the file, the file is named something like "name of my first contact plus 883 more) but all I really get is the first contact.
Is there something i'm missing?

What you've outlined in this part of the post is all that icloud stores for you outside of the backup. If you want to restore from the icloud backup you will then have for all practical purposes a carbon restoration back to your device if you restore from the icloud backup.

Wrong pictures, no-shows, after editing... when running a preview or in full movie mode, iMOVIE does not show exactly the content as was provided in the project field. All files works great in iPHOTO.

No new updates, 7 sept 2011.
Something is wrong with the project that I am working on.
When I add new pictures and movies, some of them will not be played in the preview or fullmode at all. Some pictures are wrongly understood by iMOVIE or there are some kind of weird errors or bugs in the program. I dont really know what the problem can be. All of the pictures and movies are imported from 2 cameras, Kodak and Canon, and they all work great in iPHOTO.
I also use tranistions, text, etc, to make the movie look good.
Here are some examples of the error, all of these picture where taken while running the preview movie. You can see the moment in the movie process by following the red line in the project field window.
1) Here you can see that it shows the wrong picture in the preview compared to the project field.
2) Here it shows the wrong picture and it also displays the wrong picture in an undesired strecthed mode.
3) Here are 2 examples of one picture that blocks the other pictures from beeing seen in the video.
What could be causing these stupid errors and bugz? Until this is solved I have stopped workoing on my movies and project, awaiting a fast fix.

Try this step:
Go to one of the problem points (or even all of the them in the Project Browser) and select it. Under the File Menu>Optimize>Large (960x540). See if will process the clips, still images and try playing it back again.
If Optimize>Large is grayed out, try pulling the clip out of the Project Browser, close iMovie. Open it up again and putting that clip back in its place. Then try to Preview it again and see if playsback properly.
Last thing to try is go to File Menu>Duplicate Project, quit iMovie. Open iMovie, go to the Duplicate Project and see if you get a working Preview from the Project Timeline.

You can get your photos off your phone. If they are all in Camera Roll just import them to your new computer (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083). If some of them were synced to your iphone from your computer (i.e., in photo library) just use an app like PhotoSync and send them to your new computer wirelessly. For that matter, you can sync your phone with your new computer without losing your data and settings if you carefully follow this guide: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141. Your only issue will be non-purchased music on your phone which is not in your new iTunes library, which will require 3rd party software such as Touch Copy to transfer from your phone to iTunes (or you will have to rip you CDs again to import them).
