I would recommend to schedule an appointment at the Genius bar of your local retailstore to have it examined. What you're experiencing doesn't sound normal.

When I did so, itunes did not ask me if I wanted to delete them from the cloud. They are still showing up on my iphone as duplicates in the cloud. They are not on the iphone in the first place. It is just a setting that allows you to see the songs that are available in icloud, but not on your iphone. If you turn the setting to off, then you no longer see the songs that are in icloud, but NOT on your iphone.

My iPhone have the problem about calling and answer the call. When I use my iPhone to call I can't hear anything from my iPhone but the person that I call can answer it but when answer both of us can't hear anything and when I put my iPhone to my face the screen is still on and when I quit the phone application and open it again it will automatic call my recent call. And when my friends call me my iPhone didn't show anything even the missed call I'm only know that I missed the call from messages from carrier. Please check these problem I restored my iPhone for 4 time now in this week. I lived in Hatyai, Songkhla,Thailand and many people in my city have this problem.

Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

To give you something, I need something too, like
How old is the Ipod? (if it is still under warranty, then send it to Apple service shop)
Are you running Windows iTunes or Mac iTunes?
What do you see on the iPod screen?
My guess is, your iPod classic is more than 2 years old and out of warranty, and the hardisk has gone kaput! and need to be replaced.

Application Updates from the update icon currently cost nothing. Anything on the App Store that costs money will have a button to buy in Blue with the price in the button.

You can try, but the iPhone warranty terms state that Apple "may" restrict warranty/service to country of original purchase...key word here is "may".

Hi All, I recently bought a Mac Book Pro and transferred all my photos from my hard drive onto the Mac. I realised that there were some folders which didn't have the camera information embedded in the files and these files refuse to open on iPhoto. I know that the folders that have the problem were not transferred to the hard drive via a photo transfer application (I have a Canon camera) but I simply copied them out of the photo card and onto my old PC.
Is there some way I can open these pictures on my Mac? They work fine on a PC.

The files don't open in preview either. In preview I get the error message 'The file "xxxx_xxx.jpg" could not be opened. It may be damaged or use a file format that Preview doesn't recognize'. The folders with these un-openable pictures do not even get imported into iPhoto. When I try to import them I get an error message about the files being unreadable.
The color profile information on the un-openable files is not visible but I see that all the other files from my old drive are RGB.

Why would you need to do anything at all? The machine is under warranty, if there's something broken, that's what the warranty is for.

App data is stored in only two places: on your phone, & as part of your phone's backup. If the backup you restored to your new phone did not contain the app data you're missing, then there is no way to restore it to your new phone.

can you describe the sound in more detail?
does it "rattle" or make a "thud" sound?
if it rattles, then it's normal (according to apple stores).
if it's a "thud" sound, then it's a loose battery, which isn't normal. you can either get a replacement or try to fix it yourself. example of the "thud" sound:
