When I sign iin to ICloud I get server error

When I sign iin to ICloud on my I get You can't sign in due to server error and icoud status.  I checked my status and they are all green.  None of the articles in a previous discussion helped.  I also reset on my MAC the calendar.  I did remove it at one point, but reset it and it shows up on my mac.
What's going on with "Server Error"?
Do I have to re-install ICloud

You can't use a Web browser to access your music and there's nothing at iCloud.com to view it.
Use iTunes for your music in the cloud.

    Start with the basics. Force close mail and reset your iPad.
    In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
    Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
    If that doesn't help, you might want to consider resetting your router by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds. That can help at times even if all of your other devices are connecting to the Internet. I suggest this, because the message that you are getting may be due to a bad connection to the Internet.

    Sorry to learn that you are having this issue.
    Let's do this 1st
    -  Reboot the computer.
    -  Open the browser (Internet Explorer, chrome, FireFox, Safari,Opera ) of your preference and clear cookies  and internet (Browsing) history. In the browser of your preference try singing-in or registering to e-print.
    If the above did not solved your issue, Please try this;
    - Use another browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, firefox, safari, Opera).
    Also this is what I heard from other members of the forum.
    I heard here (other members of the community) that there is an issue that engineer are working on diligently that may be affecting this particular process. At the same time I know that other members have some success using this steps aforementioned.

    Are you sure you are connected to wifi.
    Some things to try first:
    1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
    3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
    4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
    5.  Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
        •    Launch Settings app

        •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
        •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

    Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

    I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
    So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one.     To use iCloud, you must first set it up with your Apple ID on a device with iOS 5 or a Mac with OS X Lion.

    If you didn't create an iCloud account on an iOS device or Mac, you don't have one.  You can't create an account on a PC.  If you were charged for an iCloud storage upgrade without having an account, contact the Apple online store at the bottom of this page for a refund.

    Indeed you do, limit of three accounts exists for every device. You can use old icloud accounts or create account on new device and then sign in on that phone. That limit is only for creating and not for use.
