When I sign on to Safari, Aol appears with streaming adware. The same thing happens when I use Google Chrome and sign on to Aol mail. Is there anyway I can block ads and prevent safari from directing me to AOL without requesting it? I have A MacPro, Yosemite (10.10.2). Thank you

They told me its software on my computer restricting access to my Internet Connection, but I haven't installed any new software since my last purchase from the iTunes Store. My iPhone 4 refuses to save pictures and at some instances, delete my existing pictures. I take a picture, and then go to camera roll and look, but it doesn't show up. The same thing happens when I try to screenshot things; it won't save.

My iPhone 4 is severely making me mad. It won't save any pictures I take. I will take the picture, then go to view it in the Camera Roll, and it just won't be there. The same thing occurs when screen shotting things on my iPhone. Some times it won't even let me delete the existing pictures I had on my phone before this all happened. I will click delelte, then it will pause, and eventually close me out of the photos app. However, when I go to settings, it says I have 440MB of pictures on here somewhere. But I can oly see 3 pictures in the camera roll. Also, it says in the camera roll app that it is 'Restoring...' then just sits and loads and won't restore anything at all. HELP ME PLEASE. I have iOS 7.1 currently installed.

Have you Tried Clearing the The Cache in the Camera or Gallery in your Applications Area.. Go to Settings--> Applications--> Manage Applications--> Select All--> Clear the Cache in Both the Camera & Gallery Clearing the Data however might Clear you Pictures in your Gallery but if your Ok with it Give it a Shot,

When opening Firefox it closed immediately without even opening the windows and the same thing happen when re-install it

When check from the task manager turns out that the Firefox.exe run awhile and then turn off itself

I have just purchased a new pc and when I try to play 2 separate albums that I bought from the itunes store I get a message that my computer is not authorized. I then follow the steps to authorize it and the same thing happens when I attempt to play this

Just purchased a new pc with windows 8. Transferred over my itunes. With 2 different albums in my library, when I attempt to play this music I get a message saying my computer is not authorized. I then sign in to authorize the computer, itunes tells me it is indeed authorized, I attempt to play this music again and I get the same "your computer is not authorized" message again, and again....
Any help out there on this one would be appreciated. If my question is not clear enough I will attempt to help.

I cannot get the toggle link to the business email to stay up long enough to click it. The same thing happens when I try to hit the toggle reply "to sender" or "to all" dropdown on the side of the "reply" button. What can I do to fix this?

Clicking on my e-mail link, [email protected], loads the business side link right underneath. I click on my e-mail address, the business side flashes on the screen, but again when I try to click it, the whole thing disappears.
The same thing is happening with the "reply" button drop down menu for "reply to sender" and "reply to all" menu items.

It seems like you already have an old installation of Story.
You will have to remove it first before installing the latest one.
So the steps would be:
- Open 'Applications' folder in finder and move 'Adobe Story' app to Trash. Remove it from Trash too.
- Search 'Adobe Story' in Spotlight to make sure that this application is not installed on a different drive. If installed then remove that version too.
- Now download the latest version and install it. ( you can download the installer directly from: https://story.adobe.com/AIR/AdobeStory.air )

Mail has stopped deleting on AOL after I delete it on the iphone. Had been working just fine until a few days ago? How can I fix this??

I have had this iphone 4s for about 2 years. I was always able to delete from the phone to aol and vice versa. Now will only delete one way. ...from aol to the phone. How can I get the phone to once again delete the mail on aol?? Thanks

It's in recovery mode. It's tryijng to tell you to plug it into iTunes and restore it.

Firefox hangs when trying to play YouTube videos. Ending task starts the video and application, but the same thing happens when trying to view the next video. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Task Manager shows that Firefox is still running. Clicking End Task restarts the video playing and application running (then I have to cancel the End Task and Close Program processes).

Try uninstalling Flash Player 10.2 and install the previous version, 10.1.There have been a few reports of problems with Flash that have been solved by using the previous version. You can download the uninstaller for Flash, and get version 10.1 from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html
The Adobe archive files contain multiple versions of 10.1 for all operating systems so is quite a large download, the old-apps lets you just download the Windows versions that you require - http://www.oldapps.com/flash_player.php
You can also try disabling hardware acceleration on Flash to see if that helps. If you can access any Flash content, right-click on it and choose Settings. In the first section of the settings is the option to enable/disable hardware acceleration.

I have had this same problem since uprading to 10.5.1. I just checked 10.5.2 and it's still broken.
Are you behind a proxy server that requires authenication? I am and I was fine with 10.5.1 until I had to change my proxy server password.
Previous versions of iTunes used to prompt for new proxy credentials but the 10.5.x versions don't.

When I raise the lid after sleeping, the screen comes on momentarily then backs out. If I close the lid and raise it again, the same thing happens. It is sometimes necessary to force quit. Once restarted, there is no problem unless the lid is closed for a short time and the machinge goes to sleep.

Safari 5.1.5 shows .pdf web pages as black. The same thing happens with Firefox. Does this have something to do with an AdobePDF plug-in?

The following appears to have I solved my problem with Safari 5.1.5, 5.1.6 and 5.1.7. I also have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 installed.
