When i snych my iphone, a photo cache is created automatically. How do i stop that?

Everytime i synch my phone when trying to organize my photos, my photo album creates a duplicate album called photo library and creates a photo cache folder in the album on my pc...how do i stop this?

Any ideas about how to fix that? It's annoying & time consuming.

You can do it from the iPad or from a computer, whichever is easiest:
Set up an Apple ID in iTunes - Apple Support
And then set up the iCloud account for that Apple ID:

I realize that my wife could make her own iTunes account; however, she's been using mine for about 2 years now and this hasn't been an issue. I guess with the Family Sharing she can have access to all of our music and apps now with her own account.
I'll have to see if unchecking our emails resolves this issue.

You need to use separate iCloud accounts. This will mean that you can both have your own separate contracts and calendars and put an end to them being deleted by each other.
Whether or not you have a separate iTunes account, is up to you. If you have a separate iTunes accounts you will not be able to access the music, books, apps that have been purchased by the other. This may be exactly what you want, but it also means that you both may end up purchasing the same item.

You can change the region settings on an iPhone in Settings>Genera>Language and Region. However, you may still want to talk to the developers of the website and have them fix the formatting on their end.

This is not something on your end. If they send an iMessage it will arrive as an iMessage, if the send an email it will arrive as an email.
THey are sepearate services that cannot be mixed up.
Tell them to send you an email, rather than an iMessage.
If they are using the messages App it will always arrive as a Message.
