Is the calendar checked in the list of calendars in the popup menu in the upper left corner?

In the Event mode use the View ➙ Sort ➙ By Date ➙ Decending menu option. Then the latest imports will be near the top of the Event window (depending on when the photos were taken of course).
Or Control-Click on one of the thumbnails in the Last Import album and select Show Event from the contextual menu:

Not all of the users in our environment have this issue. If the users having this issue, install a secondary email account, Gmail, Hotmail, etc, then they can send through those accounts. Why would the exchange account not be seen to send photos?

Sounds like it worked until the policies associated with the account that are creating the problem were fully pushed down.
Try setting up a new (test) Exhange account and see if it behaves the same way on the phone (after removing the problem account from the phone, of course).

Before the latest update, when I checked the box for someone else's calendar, it would split the calendar space and the other calendar would be next to mine. Since the update, when I click on another calendar, it splits the calendar space the way it used to, but the other calendar doesn't show. Could you check for a zoom/wrap issue by reducing the zoom level by one or two increments? You can do that by holding the Ctrl key down and tapping the - (minus) key a couple of times. If that makes no difference, you can reset to the default zoom level by holding Ctrl and tapping 0 (zero).
If you haven't tried it, when you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:

In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

I have had exactly this problem - Firefox - version 11, but when I updated all my plug-ins (go to Customize Firefox - about halfway down - '''''Check your plugins''''') and restarted Firefox the problem vanished. Hope this helps as this seems to be a fairly large issue.
