Restoring your phone as a new device, not from backup, one way to completely remove this data or Settings>General>Reset>Erase All content & settings. Until overwritten, this stuff will come up in a spotlight search.

If you have not already created an iCloud account elsewhere you cannot do so on PC, and that is the error message you will get. You can create an iCloud account on a Mac or an iOS device and then you should be able to sign into it in the iCloud Control Panel in Windows.

You can't "get rid" of update notifications without doing the update. But then again if you wait for a while there will be iOS 8 available.

It's more than likely broken, a part has failed. You need to take it to a Apple store Genius Bar to be checked out and fixed. Or just buy a new Mac as to fix the one you have might be cost prohibitive. Especially if your warranty has expired.

A reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons and await restart. No content will be affected.

If your iPod was the last device that you connected to and synced with your iTunes library, there is a chance you might be able to get the serial # to show up in the Device Connectivity diagnostic report. See here for instructions on running this test.

I am using my daughters old phone. When I down loaded every thing to the Cloud. It gave me all of her stuff up to the date I started using it. How do I get her stuff off and my stuff back on.

Camera isn't functioning or has undesired image quality
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.
Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. You can also tap to readjust focus while recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll.
Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

Music is not part of the backup. Either re-download it if you purchased it from the app store, or sync it to the phone from the itunes library on your computer, where it should already be.
