When I sync my iPhone 4s, it always sticks at "sending information to Apple". I don't have Genius switched on, nor do I have Apple match. If someone could help me in as simple a way as possible, you would make a computer illiterate pensioner very happy. Thank you.
Try to restart your PC or reinstall iTunes. Apple Mobile Device Service is installed by iTunes and must be launched at startup in order to work properly

When recently syncing my iPhone a message came up regarding transferring purchases or something.. In haste I pressed the wrong reply.. My phone synced, but removed all of the songs I purchased on my iPhone. Although they are still on my iTunes and I can play them.. but they will not sync back to the iPhone what so ever.. I'm at the point where I'm about to never purchase anything anymore from apple go to another company retrieve every single charge made on my bank account from iTunes and file a law suit against the company. It's being a week that I called for assistance and no one called me back to help me with this matter even after I responded a survey with a complaint about not getting a resolution to my problem.
If you could please help me I will appreciate, I'm out of the country now and can't stay on the phone for a long time.
I need to sell my old phone but as right now besides all my bank statements the old phone is the only evidence that I purchased the songs. -
I get an error message when I sync my iPhone 5 with iTunes on my Windows 7 Samsung laptop. I recently backed up all of my data using Samsung Recovery Solution 5 to an external hard drive so that I could restore my laptop. I put all of my data back on the restored laptop and reinstalled iTunes. After the error message that says that certain items could not be found and the "sync" is finished I go back to my music in iTunes and there are exclamation marks next to many songs. I follow some instructions regarding the Edit - Preferences - Advanced settings and the exclamation marks go away until I try to sync my phone again. Then I get the same error message and the exclamation marks return. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and the same thing happens again. I am about to schedule an appointment with the Genius Bar but would like to avoid that if possible. Thank you in advance for any help.

I have always used the same laptop for all of my iPhones but awhile back this laptop had a virus so my husband wiped out the laptop and now when I sync my iPhone I no longer receive my entire music library (including purchased songs) on my iPhone. How do I fix this?

Make groups of contacts in your Address Book and select the option to sync only selected groups to each phone.

I have changed my apple id, and its ok when i sync my Iphone with Itunes, but ON my Iphone still my old apple-ID is there. I can NOT buy things from Itunes or Upgrade anything now, how to fix this?

I have imported a new CD into my iTunes library on my PC. When I sync my iPhone with iTunes (on my pc), I don't get the new songs (or new CD). I have them on my PC but not on my iPhone. This just started to act this way. It was working in January 2013.

When I sync my iphone 4S using iTunes it only syncs 8.5GB of music, not the entore library as specified. Is there a capcity default limit of the amount of storage that can be used for music and if so how do I change it?
The only limit is that of the device. No restrictions on how much of it you can use for music. Is part of your music library unchecked?

iCloud email supports 'plus' addressing. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Email_address#Address_tags
So your friend could just add '+research' to the username part of your email address, and you setup a rule at icloud.com to put all emails sent to that address into a particular folder.

There's no way to do it without rules on the server though. -
when i sync my iphone to my computer to update my music, it syncs as normal to my phone but it re-arranges the most played songs and puts them at the bottom of the app rather in the exact order its appearing as in itunes. this only started happening when i updated to the new iOS platform. can somebody else? i need them to sync so that my most played songs remain at the top and not the opposite!!
PLEASE HELP!You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

I had music on my i tunes that I deleted. When I sync my iphone the music that was deleted shows up. How do I get rid of the music I do not want on my iphone?
Connect your I-phone to i-tunes , click on music . Not the one in the library but the music that opened up when you connected to i-tunes . Highlight the complete album or songs you want deleted, then right click and delete. Once you deleted the songs off you i-phone, then click the music from the library of your i-tunes. If that same music or album is also in there then repeat what you did in the i-phone to delete . This should take it all out.
