I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of the issue you are describing. If you are having issues with photo rotation, you may want to make sure that your iPhone is detecting the orientation when you take the photos. In iOS 7 and iOS 8, the top menu text when taking a photo should rotate to show orientation (the bottom menu stays oriented to the shutter button). You can see these menus on the following page:

If your iPhone isn't sensing rotation for pictures, you may want to check to see if the Rotation Lock is engaged, as noted here:

When I take a picture with my IPhone 4, why aren't the ictures showing up on my PC? This is after getting ICloud.

Make sure you have the iCloud control panel installed and configured on the windows computer and on your iPhone.

ICal won't sync from mac to iphone or the other way

I have found that my iPhone calendar is not being updated when I sync with the iMac - and it doesn't appear to work the other way either.
It used to work perfectly and I haven't changed anything.
I have made sure all the boxes for syncing calendars are checked but that has made no difference.
Any help would be appreciated.

why is it when I take pictures with my new iphone 5S, the pictures aren't saving to my photos? The only pictures showing up in my photos are the ones from when I first restored my phone from icloud.

Editing pictures from a file one after the other

I am not sure pow to ask the question. I just upgraded to Photoshop 10 from 3. Now, when I am editing a few days worth of pictures one after the other, I go to open the next file (picture) the computer takes me back to the top (first one listed) each time. Many times I am editing over 100 pictures in the file, and now have to scroll down each time and that takes forever. I have to remember what number picture I was on. In my earlier version, the compiter "held" the spot where I was so it was easy to select trhe next picture to edit. Any words of wisdom to make this work lije it did earlier? THANKS.

If you are talking about the issue related to Opening File Browser of PSE Editor File menu >> Open.
Please USE organizer.
First import all your images of that particular folder to your catalog and then intiitalte your workflow from Organizer to edit them in the Editor.
Organizer scolling bar will not move after editing by PSE Editor.

Issues: new events show from google calendar but not the other way round

& http://support.google.com/mobile/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=139206 and looked at the known issues page, but I am still stuck.
Entries in my Google Calendar have now synced in iOS Calendar (and weekcal which I use instead of iOS Cal) - however, none of my existing entries in my iOS Cal have synced with Google Cal.
Here are the issues:
A recurring event created by someone else and me invited showed in iOS when I set this up
None of my events from iOS show in Google Calendar
New events I create in Google Calendar do not show in iOS
New events I create in iOS don't show in Google Calendar
To test, I deleted the recurring event which was the only one showing on iOS - immediately it was also deleted on iOS which indicates it is set-up to sync betweeb Google and iOS
Cannot find any information on help pages about this.

I'm not sure what else to suggest. As the Nokia 5800 is not natively supported by iSync you must be using an iSync Plugin, so I'd advise contacting the author of the plugin - it may be buggy and need fixing.

Isync transfers data to Ical from Nokia 5800, but not the other way round

When I sync my Nokia 5800 using Isync, diary entries from my phone are moved onto my Mac, but entries made on my Mac are not transferred to my phone. This leaves my phone calendar without any entries. Am I doing something wrong here, or is this a bug? Does anyone know how to transfer this data back into my phone? The picture in the gallery is correct. The picture you are looking at before you capture it is a mirror image such as you are used to looking at, otherwise you would not be able to handle it. Look at More Like This >>>>>>>

It definitely shouldn't be that slow, are you using the stock camera? what mode are you using it in? what other settings do you have setup? try downloading another camera like "a better camera" or any other free one and see if it behaves the same. If it does that tells me that either the lens is really dirty or the hardware may have an issue. Make sure the lens is clean then try either a restart or power down and battery pull and see if that solves anything.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPhone shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"

The collum to the right listed similar problems. The solution appears to be that under smtp outgoing settings the user name and password are listed as optional. I have not plugged in the information and it seems to be working. However from my office it always allowed the relaying. The true test will be when I try to respond later from the road.

I borrowed the image below for an HDR workshop I ran at the 2010 PSNZ National Convention, to demonstrate a method of removing halos. You'll remember that halos were a serious problem with early HDR, and while the halos in this image were caused by over sharpening, they are perfect for demonstrating this technique.
It relies on the fact that halos so often tend to put a lighter tone between the two areas where sharpening is being applied. Whether that is the sky abutting a dark line of hills, or the rock and little tower as in this image. I've uploaded it at the size it was supplied to me at (about 2700 pixels wide). So
Click to open the full image, right click and copy, and paste into Photoshop.
Select the clone tool, and set its blend mode to Darken.
Try to sample on a line horizontal to where you want to clone, to give the best tonal match, and start cloning.
Because the sky is darker than the halo, it overwrites it. But the rock is darker than the sky, so it has no affect.
It works even better if you clone on a new layer also set to Darken. No masking, just Photoshop blend mode magic.
You can also fix the little tower. Use a great big brush — just remember to sample horizontal to match the horizon.
Back then I was using the same trick with CAs after forgetting to fix them in ACR, and having done too much work to start again after spotting the problem.
