When i tried syncing my ipod to my itunes it said i had to download mac os 10.7, i did, but now when i go to click on safari, it tells me i cant go on it without mac os 10.7 and i cant get on the internet, how do i get my safari back even the old version
hey, i attempted to download mac os 10.7 so my itues would work and now my safari wont work, is there anyway i can go back to an older verison just so i can have internet as when i go to click on safari it comes up with an error saying 'you need to download mac os version 10.7 for safari to work' i really need the internet as i have GCSE's in 17 days can anyone help me get my safari back please.

Connect the iPod to your computer and unsync them:
To delete photos from your device
In iTunes, select the device icon in the Devices list on the left. Click the Photos tab in the resulting window.
Choose "Sync photos from."
On a Mac, choose iPhoto or Aperture from the pop-up menu.
On a Windows PC, choose Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements from the pop-up menu.
Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
Click Apply. -
have Mozilla Firefox as my browser vs Internet explorer. This morning when I tried to open Mozilla after several attempts it said it had crashed with a window that I could check the box to send the report to Mozilla but it wont even let me send the report I can get on the internet with explorer but dont want to go back to that so would I just delete mozzila and start all over or will that not clear up the problem? Im lost help

I don't know how to go back to the original look of my Dashboard. I don't know what I did, but now when I click on it, my Words with Friends game comes up and that is all. How do I "reset" it to the original things on it?

I downloaded a full cd album from iTunes it said it had been downloaded but when I listened to them it only played a small part of each song then it stopped. What do i do? I don't want to have to download them again. Thanks
Other people have been having similar problems with songs over a number of days, I assume that there has been a problem with Apple's servers.
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link. -

On my ipod touch It shows i am connected wifi and have put in the correct password yet it says i am not connected to the internet.When i try to go on my appd or itunes it is stuck on loading. And so I reset it in my settings now all my apps are blank but when i click on them they are there but i have to sign in to itunes.
If Restrictions are set for Safari, iTunes ect, theh apps are hidden which is not the case for the poster.
Try the following:
- Reeet. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset> Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

Perhaps Safari isn't quite what you require, too much work involved all the time making it easier to see
Take a look at my customized Firefox:
it always opens to the same size window (or full screen if you like)
it always zooms all web pages 160% (or whateve you like)
it always has large type on the menu bar area. (to whatever you like)
it's very highly customizable, (or use the plain default settings)
has more add-ons than anyone (a real plus when you need it)
has more themes and personas than anyone (make it YOUR browser)
Easier surfing option for hard of seeing users
Safari is about the absolute worst browser since Internet Explorer, it's because Apple has already got your money so there isn't any incentive for them to make a better browser. -

Many developers when they updated their apps fro the newer iOSs dropped support for the older iOSs. That included Skype and other developers. Unless you have a copy of the apps version that was compatible with your iPod/iOS you are out of luck. Do you cave such a copy in a computer file backup??

What kind of iPod are you getting to replace it? If it is an iPod Touch, and you are in the US, after you set up the Touch you can use the iCloud beta and download your previous music, books and app purchases directly to your Touch.

If you connect your ipod to your computer then look in the hidden folder labeled "iPod_Control" . (This is on a Mac version, but i think it's the same for Windows) and in "Music" is all your music mixed up in different folders. Just drag the MUSIC folder onto itunes then BAM! It's done ;D
