When I tried to download some music to my IPhone off of my PC and it said "Should we trust this computer?" and I accidentally clicked Don't Trust. How do I fix it so it will trust my computer?
How do I fix this? I need this music downloaded so I can pratice for a play.
When you connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new computer or another device attempting to access the files of your iOS device, you’ll be asked to verify that you trust the connected device. Tapping Trust will allow this device to access files stored on your iOS device.
If your iOS device is passcode locked, you need to unlock the device before you're asked to trust the connected computer or device.
To trust a computer:
Connect the computer or other device to your iOS device.
If your iOS device is locked with a passcode, unlock it.
Tap Trust.
If you're about to sync the device with iTunes, click Accept.
The trusted computer or device can access the files and settings of your iOS device. A trusted computer can sync with your iOS device, import photos, access movies and videos, contacts, and other such content, until you disconnect. The data stored on your iOS device is not exposed before you enter your passcode (if enabled) and choose to trust the connected computer or device.
If you choose not to trust the connected computer, you can charge your device, but the connected computer won't be able to access any content on your device.
Additional Information
Note: If you select Trust, the computer will be trusted indefinitely. If you select Don't Trust, you will be asked if you want to trust that computer each time you connect your device to that computer.

(I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!) I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you have authorized five computers, but you no longer have access to all five computers.
You can deauthorize all the computers associated with your Apple ID and then authorize the computers you still use.
Use these steps to deauthorize all computers associated with your Apple ID:
Deauthorize all computers
After you authorize two computers, you'll have the option to deauthorize all computers for your Apple ID. You can deauthorize all computers once a year. You should deauthorize all your computers in these cases:
If a computer doesn't work anymore
If you don't have one of your computers
If you used 5 authorizations and want to authorize a new computer
To deauthorize all your computers, follow these steps:
Click to open your account in iTunes (you may need to sign in with your Apple ID), or follow these steps:
Open iTunes and click iTunes Store.
Click Sign In and enter your Apple ID.
Click your Apple ID and select Account.
Click Deauthorize All.
The Deauthorize All button appears only if you have more than two authorized computers.
Once you have deauthorized all the computers, use these steps to authorize the computers you have access to:
To authorize a computer, follow these steps:
Open iTunes.
Choose Store > Authorize This Computer from the menu bar.

I just got the iPhone 4 and decided to put some music on it so i used the iCloud system. when they were downloading i decided i didnt want some of themso i stopped the sync. Now the songs are stuck onthe phone but they are greyed out and wont play... i cant figure out how to remove them! help please!!
P.s. i tried to redownload them and it didnt work either.. just made duplicates.In the iTunes Store click Purchased in the Quick Links section on the right.

Im trying to sync some music to my iphone
each time i try it trys to sync some apps i dont want install at the moment and does not even try to sync my music because god forbid me from simply being able to drag and drop. Ive been dealing with this issue for a long time now and gotten it to work a few times but at this point its simply unbearable.
You can either sync or manually manage ( drag and drop). You cannot do both. Switching between the two methods will erase the current content.

I need help with this, I called Apple care but the literature she emailed me didn't help my problem.
Try:

- Unsync/delete the songs and resync or redownload

- Reset all settings

ok i bought an iphone 4 from a friend he told me the story about it saying he had a glass of sweet tea with a little bit left, and he had dropped the phone in there upside down and it completely screwed up the phone and it was freaking out. after a while he said it all went away as if nothing happened but now the home button doesn't work so is there a way to fix the home button without taking it apart or sending it somewhere to get fixed?
