Because someone else registered it first.You'll have to take it in any way: either to demand you be given a genuinely new article (if it was a sealed-box purchase) or to have it unregistered so it can be truly made yours (with proper proof of purchase, naturally)

The iCloud and iTunes Store account ID are not the same thing. They can be different although some folks, like myself, do have the same Apple ID for all the Apple services. Go to Settings > Store and enter the exact same iTunes Store account ID you used to purchase iTunes Match. Be aware you can only switch Apple IDs on an iOS device every 90 days.

I am on Windows 7, and I was on Adobe.com. I went to downloads and clicked on Acrobat XI standard. It downloaded. But when I went to run it said Acrobat XI Pro and would not accept my serial number. I had the same issue and I'm running Windows 7. Tried working with technical support for several hours but they were no help. They just had me doing the same things over and over, offering no real answers. I finally got fed up and have decided to return my product for a full refund.

I had to take my hp back to factory setting and reinstall itunes, when I tried to use Itunes match it said i had to Deauthorize all my computers. I am using the same computer and desperately need access to my music.

When you reset to factory settings, the computer is de-authorised.
In iTunes menu Store > View Account > sign in > App Store > Deauthorise All.
Once done, authorise this computer iTunes.
Note: you can only do that once a year.

Are you syncing photos to the ipod? If so, the -39 in this context can sometimes indicate a damaged photo cache. Are you able to sync if you delete your existing photo cache? To find it, see the following document:
