i was getting the same message when trying to add something to my shopping cart, but i restarted iTunes and it works... so you could try that.

I have checked the Sharing and Permissions section of the "Get Info" panel accessed from the Finder and I have set Read and Write Privileges for my user account for Photoshop CS6. System and Admin are also set to Read and Write.
I have a MacBook Pro with OS X Version 10.9.5 and have all available updates for Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 5 and Bridge CS6.
I tried uninstalling the program and downloading it again and reinstalling, but nothing changed.
Can you help?

Are you trying to call yourself to test FaceTime? If so, you must have a second E-Mail address registered with your Apple ID. In other words, there must be a different E-Mail address on each unit.

iTunes is not letting me download certain songs from my phone or my computer. Keeps saying "Could not purchase "name of song." An unknown error occured (5002). By starting up the following message appaers: could not found CoreFoundation.dll.

How can I solve this problem?With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Restart the programme all should be well
In case that your OS is (64 bit)
1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
2. Copy file "SQLite3.dll"
3. Now paste it in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
4. Restart the programme, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

Can somebody help me figure this out? So before a road trip I rented a movie on my Ipad mini. The movie fully loaded before I left. It downloaded under wifi. Now that I'm in the car I tried to watch the movie but it isn't working. When I press play an error message pops up saying "could not load movie" can I not watch it with our wifi? What's going on? What can I do to watch the movie?

Hi all,
I have recently acquired an iPhone 3G 16GB. It is unlocked and I have put my sim card in (Virgin Mobile) and used it without problem when calling or sending text messages. The internet all works fine when connected to a wi-fi network.
In the top left hand corner it says '3G', however if I try anything related to the internet (Safari, Twitter etc.) a message will appear reading 'Could not activate mobile data network'. This is very inconvenient for me. All internet related activities work fine when connected to a wi-fi network.
Is this a problem with all unlocked phones? Is there a solution to this? Or am I simply unable to use the internet without wi-fi on this model?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, all questions may sound silly, but this is my first iPhone and I am very inexperienced with them!
ThanksFirst, you don't have a 3G if you have iOS 6.1.4. The 3G cannot go higher than iOS 4.2.1. That is not related to your problem, but worth knowing.
Let's try the obvious first. Tap the Settings icon. Then tap General. Then Cellular. Is Cellular Data on? Is there an entry for APN? If there is contact your carrier and ask what the APN settings should be. If there is no entry don't worry; the APN is automatic with your carrier. -

That's not necessarily correct. At least in my case slides and videos for Stanford CS193P are downloading from deimos3.apple.com.
Annoyingly if I try to download "12. Persistence (November 3, 2011) - SD" from iTunes U on my iPad I get the error message:
Unable to Download Podcast
"12. Persistence (November 3, 2011) - SD" could not be downloaded at this time.
[Done] [Retry]
But if I then try from iTunes on my MacBook Pro sitting right beside it on the same network it actually starts downloading. Generally I've found downloads to be more reliable from my MacBook than on my iPad, but they're still amazingly slow (10 kilobytes per second seems the norm, regardless of whose network I'm on at the time). -
When I try to activate iMessage it says: could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again.
- Make sure that Settings>General>Date&Time is set to Automatic
- Go to Settings>wifi>the connected network and change the DNS to Google's 8.8.8.8 -
