When i try and sync photos to 5g ipod i get this error msg ?????

" The iPod "ipod name" cannot be updated. The required file cannot be found."
ive have several ipods in the past, just opened up the box for the 60gig 5G,,, already have all my music on there and my converted videos
what am i doing wrong with this picture add thing???
i cant create a folder in like X:\MyIpodName\iPod_Control\????
and add and delete things from there? where are the loop holes and backdoors,,
im using windows too

Try to reduce the picture side/pixils. Pics are suppose to be between 100KB to 600KB..... if your pics are more than 1MB then your picture may be to large.
320-by-240-pixel resolution at 204 pixels per inch (4Th Gen)
240-by-432-pixel resolution at 202 pixels per inch (7th Gen)
240-by-376-pixel resolution at 204 pixels per inch (5th Gen)
