When I try log in I get this message- "This section of Creative Cloud is experiencing unexpected server errors."

Initially I was emailed a response to open port 443.
for five servers-  this has been done.
But I still get the message
This section of Creative Cloud is experiencing unexpected server errors.
Our IT director indicates the problem is not local, but is a problem with the Cloud.
Now what?
