When I try powering up my phone it stays on the logo screen for a few seconds then turn off, whats wrong with it?
When I try to power up my iphone 4 32g, it will stay on the apple screen for a few seconds then turn off. even when I try connecting it to my computer it turns on for a few seconds then turns off. Whats wrong with it? and what do I do about it?
Have you tried charging it with another known working USB sync cable? After letting it sit to "charge" for at least 30 minutes, have you tried resetting the device by pressing and holding both the Select/Center and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

power supply Corsair 600WAlways best for initial first time startup, to do it with just one RAM stick in the primary blue dimm slot. A couple thoughts, first is use just the one RAM stick & load the OS & all the drivers, then add the other sticks. The other thought is to try each RAM stick individually in the primary slot to rule out a bad or failing stick.

When i tap "update" on an app, or try and download a new app i get the loading wheel for around a second then it goes back to showing "update" and does nothing. Any solutions for this? This is relevant to an iPhone 5S running iOS 8

I just bought the new MacBook Air a few days ago and my Internet connection is so slow. My iPhone's connection works fine when connected to the wifi but the MacBook connects for a few seconds then drops completely. What do I do? I tried connecting it to my phone's hotspot and it works perfectly. I'm a new Mac user so I have no idea what to do. I have Comcast xfinity cable and Internet. Thanks for the help.

I'm conecting my Ipad to the computer to charge and it shows the charging sign for a few seconds then says not charging, do I need to bring it in to get that fixed or is there something I can try to do on my own?
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

but I suspect your going to first have to create a data recovery drive
Create a data recovery, undelete boot drive
to get your data off the machine,
then do a #20 to eliminate the bad sectors as that's why your getting the "pinwheel" it's getting a delay reading from the drive, right when your trying to log in too, what a bad spot for it to happen.

The phone button on my iPhone 3G no longer works. Everything else on the iPhone works fine. I can receive incoming calls. I can make calls directly from Contacts. But if I press the phone button I get a blank white screen for a few seconds then it goes back to the home screen. To be clear (because I mistakenly typed black instead of blank in the title to this thread): If I press the phone button I get a BLANK WHITE screen for a few seconds then it goes back to the home screen. I doubt it's the SIM card as I can receive calls and make them directly from contacts. What I can't do is view my favourite numbers or missed calls or access my voicemail, i.e. all the things you get to via pressing the phone button.

When turning on Macbook pro laptop I receive a blank screen for a few seconds, then a folder with a ? is displayed and remains as if the computer is now Frozen. Mac book Pro leopard operating system. What can I do to get past the freeze?
Could the disk have failed?

Boot from the install DVD and see what Disk Utility says. -
I Have a 5s and when I'm texting and use magnify bubble to go back the bubble freezes for about 5 seconds then unfreezes- My iphone 4 did same thing and was able to fix but cannot remember how- Something about copy or paste I think- Thanks

When I havent got my ipad connected to a power supply I get an image on my ipad of the usb cable with an arrow pointing to a itunes icon and no matter what you try and do iyt stays on that for a few seconds and then switches off the ipad, connecting it through usb into itunes on my PC (XP) this image says on the screen but I get a message on itunes saying itunes has detected an ipad in recovery mode and mneeds to be restored - when I fire off the restore through itunes after a few minutes it comes back and says it cannot restore and give an error message 1603. I have also repeated the process through my wife's laptop (Vista) and get the same situation -it is an 32GB Ipad 3 purchased last November - any ideas ?
Try and turn off iPad/iPod and proceed to step 3 of Recovery Mode.
Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times. -
Someone please help me, trying to edit a project for college and I literally can't. I don't understand why it's not working, I've been on utilities and checked the hard drive and there's nothing wrong with it and I've made sure there is enough space on the drive.
Have you tried trashing the preferences?
Many weird things happen as a result of corrupt preferences which can create a vast range of different symptoms, so whenever FCP X stops working properly in any way, trashing the preferences should be the first thing you do using this free app.

I am having issues loading the new ios5. I have it downloaded but it seems like it is taking forever to upload. It keeps saying that it is backing up the phone. Is this normal? Also my itunes like to freeze up as well. Any help is welcome.

The app was having problems, so I deleted it and tried to redownload it from the cloud. It only loads for a few seconds, then quits. I don't really know what to do, help please!

I Am trying to turn on my MacBook Pro laptop, but when I do, it starts to turn on for a few seconds then shuts off again. It has around 80% charge and even if the power chord is connected it won't turn on. Need some help because I am out of the US right now and there are not a Mac store or anything that I could go to.
HAve you tried using a different power chord? If the power chord is not the issue, it could be the power supply inside your mac.

I need some help when I connect the MagSafe to the Mac and to the plug the led of the MagSafe lits green then it turns yellow charges the computer for about 20 seconds and then it turns off. If I disconnect the MagSafe from the power sock and I connect it again it restarts the same procedure charges the computer for a few second and turns off again. Does anyone know the solution to this problem?
