When I type a question in my email and add the question mark, this is what I get ÉÉÉÉÉ

Windows remembers the keyboard layout setting per application and you may have changed the keyboard layout by accident via a keyboard shortcut.

It is possible that you have switched the keyboard layout by accident.
* Make sure that you have the Language bar visible on the Windows Taskbar.
* You can do that via the right-click context menu of the Taskbar: Toolbars > Language Bar.
* Check the keyboard language (keyboard layout) setting for the application that has focus via the icon on the Language bar.
* You need to do that while Firefox has focus because Windows remembers the keyboard layout setting per application.
* The default keys to rotate the layout is a combination (Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift) that can easily be used in Firefox to activate a menu item.
* To avoid an unintentional switch, assign a specific key sequence (Alt/Ctrl+Shift+number) to select keyboard layouts and remove the key combination to rotate layouts (Alt+Shift or Ctrl+Shift)
Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Keyboards and Languages > Change keyboards > Advanced key settings > Change key sequence

Do you know how it is chaning the addresses? Can you compare what is send to what it is your address book?
In the meantime, make a temporary, backup copy of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.
3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.

Try looking in Finder at your Macintosh HD. Look to see if there is a backups.backupsdb folder at the root of the hard drive. That's a folder that Time Machine makes on external hard drives to store the backups. If you have one there, some one put it there; rename the folder or delete it. Then try installing again.

Well, it sounds as if you are trying to violate copyright protections - trying to use music that you purchased for individual use in a way that is not permitted.
The fact that you were able to do this before would not change the fact that it is not allowed.

Try to run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click firefox.exe: Run as Administrator).<br />
If that doesn't solve the problem then remove the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) to do a clean reinstall.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

On my LaCie hard drive when i try to mount the private public folder i get this error "std::exception

I just bought a LaCie external hard drive as recommended by Apple.
The hard drive is the 1 TB shock proof with the thunderbolt cable.
Every thing to do with it is excellent except for the fact when i try to mount the private file it comes up with this error;
I am running the latest version of maverick 10.9 on a Macbook pro 2013.

If you open Firefox then Firefox will always use the default profile folder as found via profiles.ini on your system drive.
You either need to import the file in your current default profile or copy the file to your current profile folder while Firefox is closed.
Firefox 3 stores the bookmarks and the browser history in [http://kb.mozillazine.org/places.sqlite places.sqlite] and no longer creates an HTML backup by default.
There are also (five) JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder within the Firefox profile folder.
You can either copy the file places.sqlite to your [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder] or import the most recent JSON backup from the bookmarkbackups folder of that old profile.

This happens only to some songs. All of the songs were bought in itunes. Any idea why this is happening only on select songs / albums?

Make sure they are available in iTunes as well. I had this problem when I moved some files and had to tell iTunes where the new location was.
