When I try to close all programs it tells me firefox is still running and I have to close it first but it is not running!
After I have finished working on my computer, I close it all out and shut the monitor off. Lately it will not let me close out saying that firefox is still open and I should close it first. I cannot see anything that indicates firefox is running.

At least once a day I try to open Firefox and it won't let me. It says another application of Firefox is already running and I have to close it first. There is no other applicaion of Firefox running, and I have to reboot the computer.

Can't add music my iPhone from iTunes.
When I try to drag a song over to my phone, I get the circle w/ the syncing line through it, but it does not update/load.

Have you tried resetting the device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays, see if your Music app is behaving normally.

I bought a new ipad air but when i install the apps , all of them are gone , but i app store still are and says you can open it. But it can not open.
The apps available to you are dependent on your location. If you are not in the USA, then you cannot get the USA app store. Whilst you may think that is unfair, it has been a part of the stardard terms and conditions you agreed to when you setup the iOS device in question originally, as well as every time you click agree to the terms and conditions.
This is done because of two things, firstly there are many legal and semi-legal reasons that an iOS app store download is available in one territory and not another, in addition to this, it also allows apple to provide language specific content, as well as team up with companies and organisations within individual organisations in order to provide you with exclusive offers, content, and information, which it would not otherwise be able to do.
Rules for the iOS app store are also applied in varing forms for the music store, the books store, and the iTunes U content library.
I can very much understand your fustraition, as someone who spent a considerable portion of his life, especially during the years he grew up, living in California, USA, but now living in London, UK, I too find it very fustraiting that you cannot always get the same content from one country to another, especially when most marketing for iOS apps originates in the USA these days.

When I try to download a app even for free it says my security code is wrong on my credit card but it is not wrong why is it doing that?
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

thanks for your time. I really only know how to turn on a computer & use it somewhat had stroke 2 years ago lost some long term memory get bouts of short term loss. Got computer from , unregistered charity in Victoria BC, Canada.. Which supply computers & basic instruction only 2 techs, told reach out to Linux forms as very old monitor big in small bacholar apt works, IBM e74 13 pins on cord going to computer computer has 15 holes as do flatron wide LG & flatron w9345 i have 37" RCA with 15 pin holes & 15 pin cord both ends but don,t want mess up my TV .Any one i know who is computer savvy don't know Linux or want to try I have Zorina Linux & Linux puppy 5.25. Computer has windows xp professional sticker on it. that is about it. Any help u can suggest would rally great if there is a fix. I like the system it is good for me, as it challenges me. Got a new iMac 27" for Christmas (well a little after) and tried using Migration Assistant to transfer some files. I can't get past a window on the PC that pops up indicating Quit Other Programs Before you can transfer your information, the following programs must be shutdown: Windows Mail Close these programs and run Migration Assistant again. If these programs do not appear to be running, restart your computer and try again.
I've rebooted. I've searched Task Manager - Applications, Processes and Services and there are no references to WMail. I don't or haven't knowingly used Windows Mail and Outlook isn't even installed on my PC. Does anybody know how to get around this without using external drives, USB flashdrives, etc.Lots of fun.... The superdrive in my Macbook seems to have gone off kilter since my install. Now the CD-R won't work regardless of which operating system I use. Normal CD's and DVD's are fine, but any CD-R is taken as a blank disk.
Using an external CD drive solved this problem. -

I am not sure what more I can tell you. I close firefox. So when I click on the icon it should allow me to open it again but I get a message that says it is already running. Either close it out which I can't do since I already did that or restart the computer.
Try holding control, alt and delete down in succession and then a dialogue box will appear with windows task manager. Once open click on the Processes Tab and look for firefox.exe. Highlight this and then click end process. It should come up with a warning but just click Yes. This should then close firefox and allow you to reopen it from your desktop without shutting down your computer. Hope this helps.

The only other way to avoid this problem is to fully shutdown, or restart my computer.

There is a theoretical risk that a site in another tab or window could read through the history of your banking session and extract information, but that probably is very rare.
You definitely want to close the browser before leaving the PC available to another person. -
Firefox is working fine but there's a problem with YouTube and stardoll when you access these sites it tells you that there is a problam and firefox shuts down to prevent any damege
