"Your email account" means to tap on the name of your email account. Whatever it is listed as in the settings.
In my mail settings, one of my email accounts is a Comcast account. I tap on the Comcast name and it brings up this window.
Then I tap on the arrow under the Outgoing mail server smtp setting to get to the next window.
In the resulting window, I then tap on the arrow next to the smtp server under the Primary Server setting.
That brings up this window in which I check to make sure that my user name and password have been entered correctly. If those items are missing, enter them in the appropriate fields and then tap done. -
When I try to turn on my homesharing on apple TV it says that either my apple id doesn't exist or the password is wrong. However, I've been using the id for almost half a year and I even changed my password and it still wouldn't work. What can I do to fix this?

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Are you using a proxy server to access the net?
Or another cause could be that your router thinks it's in its home country (probably china)
I just don't know how to fix it. There's a way but I don't know enough to advise.
You could try googling your router model and 'wrong country' or keywords like that and see if something comes up. -

You purchased a gray market phone. The iPhone is not available for sale from any Authorized source in Ukraine. There are no authorized or supported carriers in Ukraine.

When I start mozilla firefox web browser, sometimes I see a message saying that "a Mozilla Firefox is already running, please close it or restart your system". This came from another thread, but worked for me. Problem is with newest iTunes 4.62. Unistall iTunes, as well as its helper programs (Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Divice Support, and Apple Software Update). Reboot, and reinstall iTunes. It will reinstall all the other ones and you should be able to connect your nano. Good luck.

1) I downloaded a free game app that works with Game Center...Run, Run, Chicken v.1.1
2) I opened the app, then closed it. When I opened it again, it asked me if I wanted to use an existing account or create a new account for Game Center. I chose to use an existing account.
3) I entered my e-mail address (in my case, my Apple ID) and password.
4) I had to verify the Location (country) and date of birth.
5) Then I went right to the terms and conditions page, and upon acceptance, I got to the Game Center set up. I completed the set up.
6) When I opened the Game Center app on my iPhone, I was able to get into Game Center without any sign in problems.

Hi, I have just set up iTunes in my new computer and have 'synced' my iphone, however, my apps have not synced, I keep getting a message saying that this computer is not authorised to sync the apps even though I have authorised it. My new Hewlett Packard printer is listed as an AirPrinter on the Apple website, but when I try to print from my iPad it says that there are No airprinters. The printer is connected to the same WiFi network, is turned on & I'm close to the printer. Do I need to forma/set up the iPad or Printer to enable this feature?!
