It has sone this ever since i got it as a new computer.

It sounds like you don't have permission to open those files under your account. Get someone with access to the admin account to double check the permissions on your account.
If that doesn't work, try repairing your Mac permissions:

Go to the featured tab of the App Store and swipe down to the bottom. Tap on your Apple ID. Tap View Apple ID in the pop up window. Then enter your password. Got it! Thanx. What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed.

Go into your account payment method and verify your information. Once in a while this happens and it just wants you to reconfirm your credit cards CVV number.

Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
