When I try to down load the trial version of Illustrator is says it is corrupt.

I was able to download Photoshop and Indesign fine. But Illustrator gets to the end of the download then pops a message saying that it tis corrpt and to cancel and try again. I did, 4 times. Same result. I restarted. samne result. Can any one help?

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps to install Flash.

it is creative cloud loging me out when i try to download a trial version ... my pop up blocker is turned off is there another setting i have to change... i didn't have this problem with downloading the trial of lightroom

Shouldn't be a problem. Download and install the Creative Cloud app first and use that to download Illustrator.

Downloaded the Trial version of IWORKS. Bought the CD installed it , keeps on asking for serial number. Deleted the Trial version loaded it again still no luck keeps on asking for serial number. Any suggestions???

It used to be that to update the trial to the licensed version with the box, you just inserted the DVD & ran the installer to convert the trial to licensed. This changed with Snow Leopard. You now need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

Hi, I had this problem when I first went to use iTunes with iCloud. using Windows 8 OS. Everytime I tried to download from iCloud error 5105 came up... not sure this will work for everyone, but pretty simple, I closed iTunes and restarted it and everything worked fine

Yes, you can download it using your Adobe ID.
Just a word of caution here: DO NOT just "delete" the other version. Use the correct Adobe Uninstaller to UNISTALL it. Otherwise you'll leave all kinds of leftovers and debris that can interfere with any new install.
