If you can read the message you could provide the exact wording.
With the exact wording somebody could pull up more information from a search here, or through Google. That could even be you.
However since we have gone from 4.0 to 5.0 to 6.0, you might check out Fire Wall problems.

When I try and download an app, I get a message "MZCommerce.CreditBalanceMismatch.Mobile_message". This is even for free apps, and I do have plenty of credit. Can anyone help please?
With a standard account you need a valid payment method even for free apps.
From the message it sound like there is something wrong with your account or some of the information you entered in the account is not correct.. Verify that the information is correct and then if still problem contact iTunes.

After a trip to Brazil, the App Store apparently thinks my iPad 2 is still there. When I try to download an app, I get a message that I can't get that app from the Brazilian store and have to switch to the U.S. store. The general settings are correct. I apparently need to switch locations manually, specifically for the App Store. Help?
Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap your Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign back in. The App Store will automatically change to the store from which your account is authorized to make purchases.

When I try to download Photoshop, I keep getting the message: "We are experiencing some issues, please try again later, if the problem persists, contact Customer Support". It's persisting.

When I try to sync my iphone I get a message saying that it was unable to back up my iPhone as an error occurred. My iPhone needs a software update but it won't let me do that until my phone is backed up! I have authorised my computer and tried disconnecting my phone from the computer, but nothing is working. Help please?!
I was receiving the same message. I had to uncheck the box that allowed me to sync my phone to my computer (PC) via wi-fi. After that, I have not had any problems. I am speculating that this issue is probably related to the wi-fi problems people are experiencing with iOS 6.

My daughter and granddaughter have the same model iPhone. I can go messages and text my granddaughters phone from my ipad2, but when I try to text my daughter I get the message that she is not registered with I message, but she is registered and gets texts all the time. What do we need to do?

What blue bubble are you trying to turn on? If you mean that the Send button will not work, go to Settings>Messages>Show Subject Field>Off. Make sure that is set to off.
If you send an iMessage, the texts between the devices appear in a blue bubble.
iMessages only work between iOS devices and they are different than the standard text messages that any cell phone can send to another cell phone. -
When I try to share a project to theater I get the message Your Theater could not be opened.There was a problem reading your movies from iCloud and the project does not share. Can anyone help?
Set up iMovie Theater and iCloud

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, and click iCloud.
Make sure you’re signed in, and then select the Documents & Data checkbox.
Click the Options button next to Documents & Data.
Make sure the iMovie checkbox is selected.
In iMovie, choose iMovie > Preferences.
Select the “Automatically upload content to iCloud” checkbox.
To turn off automatic uploading, deselect the checkbox. -

Unless you've tried to install an older version of iTunes that message likely indicates a corrupt library file. See Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash...

After upgrading to Maverick, when I double click on the attachment I get this message "...could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder. Change the folder properties and try again, or try saving in a different location." It happens for all types of files.
Any suggestions as how to fix this?
I'm on a Mac OS X 10.9.3 with Thunderbird 24.5.0Thunderbird > preferences (I think on a mac) and under attachments set the folder

I am having issues with Quicktime. It would not open, so I tried to "delete" it and re-intall. When I did that, it would not let me install it and I got a message saying it could not install because I already had it.
So, I guess what I need to know is how do I un-install Quicktime (even though the icon is gone) and then re-install it.
Thanks!Yes I had that problem this week. Did search in finder and dragged all files to trash,including any attempted down loads of updated quicktime, emptied, restarted and then down loaded latest version and all ok.

Different payment term at header and item level
