When I try to download a credit card statement on adobe, or download a file mto save I get this "invalid save permission" choose another save directory. How do I solve this?

When I try to download my credit card statement on on adobe I get a window that says "invalid save permission" The fie could not be saved because you do not have the proper permissions. choose another save directory. This same window comes up when I try to save a download file.
